What I found was a completely contrasting experience, with excellent customer service and superb attentive staff that led to the successful sale of my home for the asking price Would not hesitate to use RMS again and a huge well done to the team at Bedlington

13th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)I’ll recommend Trading Places to anyone looking out to rent or buy. My process renting was easier than I ever imagined. In few days, I got a place that’s 100% my taste. Clean and well maintained property. Big Thanks to Karen for efforts during the viewings & documentation process. Referencing was swift and easy via the Platform used. Viewing and moving in was less than 2 weeks. Shout out to Lauren for taking out time despite tight schedule for Day 1 briefing. No doubt my wife & I will have a sweet tenure in the apartment. Thanks to Trading Places.

It seems that their only interest is finding ways to avoid refunding my deposit. Secondly, I moved house during the pandemic and was advised to isolate. I contacted Armstrong to discuss possibly sending the keys through the post or having them pick them up from the property. This request was made because they had previously stated they would inspect the property on the last day of my tenancy. However, they insisted that the keys must be dropped off in person at their office by the last day of my tenancy. They mentioned that failure to do so would result in an additional month's rent charge.- 19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)After many months of having 2 successive, potential buyers withdraw from the buying process (1 just before exchange of contracts), I have finally completed a sale on the third attempt. During that time, the staff at Andrew Craig have almost become my adopted family. Without exception, they have been instantly reactive in addressing any un-foreseen issues, whilst also being proactive in anticipating potential issues and moving forward to expedite matters. The staff within the Gosforth branch have felt my pain with me, comforted and advised me and have provided a personal service way beyond just selling property. If you need a hand to hold throughout the conveyancing process or you simply need a high standard of professionalism, I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Craig estate agents in Gosforth. 15th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)I am absolutely appalled at this estate agents letting. My daughter and her husband has been given 2 houses to let that weren't fit for a dog to live in nevermind a couple with young children. It just goes to show that no checks are done on the properties they let out.

The Company was valued by other Transfer Agents, and the process with King's was far superior to any of the others. Would highly recommend
26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Despite the property being very unique the valuation was based on as much well researched information as they could manage. Marketing was done well with excellent photos and a photographic 3d walk around. They also managed to arrange marketing in the local paper. Helped negotiate a good selling price higher than the asking price. Property has been sold within 5 weeks of marketing. Friendly and informative staff. Despite speaking to different staff the computer notes were well done meaning we were always well informed. I’d recommend this company.

One particular lady in the Blyth office was a bit blunt and off hand at times but certainly wasn’t all of the time. The lady from Cramlington office was much more pleasant and helpful and I def preferred dealing with and speaking to her. She was very positive in attitude for everything

He has been most helpful & despite us not buying through him he has given us really helpful with advice about a property with another agent. I wish all estate agents were this genuine. Thank you.
18th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Possibly the most appalling service from any estate agents ever encountered and would most certainly not recommend.We chose Signature because they appeared highly professional and polished. This was certainly the case when they sent their show pony to value our property and do their sales spiel. However, upon signing with them relations went downhill rapidly due to various factors which I will highlight below.Despite being only a 20 minute drive from their nearest office, Signature failed to attend any viewings advising that they didn\'t have sufficient notice to conduct them. We were therefore left to conduct all viewings ourselves whilst both working full time. They later advised that accompanied viewings were complimentary.Their communication was poor with prospective buyers and when we tried to get through we were passed around different people. We never saw or heard from the initial person who came out ever again.When it came to negotiations, Signature disclosed sensitive financial information to prospective buyers which was ultimately detrimental to our sale and lost us money. To them it didn\'t matter but to us it impacted heavily and was a huge breach of trust. Despite formal complaints being made not a single apology or acknowledgment of this followed.When we agreed a sale (with no part played by Signature at all) we heard nothing from them throughout the entire sale process. I subsequently requested that our Solicitor send their fee directly to us to facilitate direct payment. Lo and behold, the company who had ignored contact the previous 3 months were quick off the mark to threaten legal action within 3 hours of completion if their fee remained unpaid.So, in summary, no I would not recommend. For the same service, you could save yourself thousands and simply print off a poster and sellotape it to the nearest bin.

Communication is always relevant & timely. Their Support, guidance & knowledge of the process I found invaluable. If I ever needed to move house again then these are the first people I would call. I would highly recommend Moovd to everyone & anyone planning a move.
