1st Apr 2019 (5 years ago)We sold 2 houses with JF , mine & also my partners . We also bought through JF & my buyer also sold with them ( I know right ????) . They are such a friendly team . Loved Mo & Tina ( Good luck in your retirement Tina) . They’re a very personable company & get to know your house , which I found really important . We viewed over 50 houses , so we had dealings with a lot of agents . All I can say , is I was glad JF were selling ours .
3rd May 2021 (3 years ago)A fantastically smooth operation from start to finish. House sold quickly and Tina kept us informed every step of the way with her weekly updates, right through to completion. Tina is a real asset to David Blount Estate Agent.

The woman running it has had a property in Castleford for 8 weeks and she told us she hasnt had a single viewing because she couldnt be bothered to drive 2 hours for this listing. After 4 weeks of trying to contact her, which btw she never replies to emails, never answers the phone and never texts back, we managed to arrange a viewing. She cancelled the viewing the first time because she didnt want to do a saturday so again after calling several times over 2 weeks we managed to get a viewing for friday at 3pm. She then says shes not showing up because shes going to visit a friend!!! She has no business working in real estate and I feel bad for anyone trying to use her business

17th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
