5th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)????? We recently completed the purchase of our new home through Frank Innes Mapperley, and I would like to thank Ethan for all his help throughout the process. From start to finish, Ethan was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He kept us informed throughout the transaction and was proactive in helping move matters forward, especially during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion. As with any property transaction, there were a few stressful moments along the way, but Ethan was always on hand to provide updates and reassurance. He was constantly chasing the sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the chain to keep things progressing and ensure we were kept informed. One thing that particularly stood out was Ethan’s communication. He responded to all of my emails, queries, and questions very promptly and was always happy to help. No matter how busy things were, he made sure we received updates and clear answers whenever we needed them. I’m fairly certain Ethan saw my name appear in his inbox more often than he would have liked over the last few months! Despite that, he always responded quickly, professionally, and with great patience. His willingness to answer every question, no matter how small, and chase every update was genuinely appreciated. They have always been fantastic and I can find little to fault them over the years that I was with them, and the way they managed the invitable bumps that emerged along the way.
