20th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Rented from saints for 2 years and they were awful - impossible to get hold of and very slow at responding to urgent queries such as having a broken boiler. I don't know why they exist other than to take more money off tenants - I can't imagine anything would have been different if we had cut them out the equation dealt directly with the landlord, other than that we would have been financially better off. I've heard that some of the staff I dealt with have left the company since then but I would still advise against renting through this agent.

If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. From start to completion the service and help they provided was second to none. The valuation and taking photos of the property was professional and all the help and communication from the staff at the office was impeccable. I can highly recommend them and would definately use David James in the future
