15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)What an amazing approach from cp walker we were treated professionaly from start to finish.Firstly by Caroline a lovely lady who helped us get the sale.Then Mark who kindly showed us around for the second viewing we found him to be very professional and genuinely friendly which is very rare.Finally Brenton was also very helpful with any queries we had and were rectified promptly.

From start to finish, he made the sale of my home feel as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout. He always returned my calls, kept me updated, and was proactive in getting things moving whenever something needed sorting. Having someone who genuinely keeps you informed makes such a difference during what can be a stressful process.<br><br>Henry was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, approachable, and always happy to help. We’d met Wayne when we had gone to view a property. During our valuation, He instantly impressed us with his knowledgeable approach to the property, area and local amenities. His friendly attitude put us at ease immediately. His enthusiasm and guidance was so positive and he gave his time with no added pressure to make any decisions on the spot.<br>When we decided to list we popped into the office to finalise the details, Ellie was the person who looked after us initially, but the vibe in there was completely opposite to what we’d previously experienced with the other agent! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was so positive! Monica deserves a mention as she did a fabulous job showcasing our property with her outstanding photos. A few days later, our property went ‘live’ at 9 am, by 2PM IT HAD SOLD! Amazing!<br>During the whole process everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and kind, no question or enquiry too much trouble, kept us informed and up to date during the whole process and very importantly proactive not just reactive, they made our sale and experience happen through their hard work!<br>Today we look forward to another chapter in our life story, but we couldn’t have done it without you, and for that we will be eternally grateful. We hope our buyers find the love and happiness that we’ve known in our home for the past 29 years!<br>But mostly heartfelt thanks to Watson’s for making this happen.<br><br>Mr and Mrs Watson

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Had a really positive experience with Robert Ellis Arnold branch.<br>Starting with Neill, the Director, he was my first contact, explained it all step by step, had a photographer in who also did a great job.<br>I don't live near to the property, so alot was done by phone and email, Toni in the office answered my many questions, kept me informed. First class service from begining to end.<br>Thank you all at Robert Ellis Arnold!
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Gabbie was consistently responsive, patient, and transparent in her replies. She took the time to address each of my queries, provided clear explanations of their terms, and arranged a rental valuation with my son, who was staying at the property at the time.<br><br>I particularly appreciated her professional approach and the fact that I never felt pressured to make a decision. Even after I decided to put my plans on hold, she remained understanding and offered to stay in touch for when I am ready to proceed.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Gabbie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional letting agent in Nottingham.
