10th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)This bloke is so sweet to start and then once he has your property has extortionate charges only for my property to be sub let by the tenants to another person and then to be told by the agent he wants to charge a second fee for the new Tennant when they are in breach of the contract by sub letting do not use these guys

I can’t recommend them highly enough. We had no stress whatsoever as they did all the hard work for us. Many thanks ????????

From the first meeting with Paul to an offer, negotiation and acceptance, the team at Hunters, particularly Nicole, were helpful and patient. They updated us on progress weekly and Nicole was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

28th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Sadly our house was put on the market at an unrealistic price and we had no viewings for the 3 and a half months our property was being marketed by them. Voicemails went unanswered and communication was very poor. No suggestions were made of reducing the price until we suggested this ourselves. We moved to another estate agent and accepted an offer within 10 days.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
