The property received an offer very quickly and Carl and his team held our hand the whole way from start to finish. They really couldn't do enough for us and we would highly recommend. The whole process from start to finish was professional & seamless. The team were always there to help if needed and provided regular updates without the need for any prompting. My sale was agreed and completed within the month, as requested. We would have no hesitation using Kirkham's again in the future, in fact we look forward to it!

She was quick to respond when booking viewings, provided regular updates without us having to ask, and ultimately made the whole process as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend Cowell Norford as a transparent and efficient estate agents.
