8th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)It was a pleasure having Maisie Webb from Cowell Norford be involved in the sale of my property she did her upmost best to help me sell even after the first deal fell through she managed to find a buyer not soon after. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past but the staff at Cowell Norford were by far the best. Communication was always there and updates were giving regularly. ????????????

20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Maya Properties. The whole setup felt extremely questionable, especially regarding utility bills. Tenants are required to pay energy and water bills through the landlord rather than directly to suppliers, despite the property at OL6 6EF apparently operating on a shared meter system. We were told this would be changed, but nothing has happened. There was also pressure to sign inventory documents before properly viewing the property. When I attempted to take photographs for my own records, Mr. Rabez Mohammed became aggressive, threw my belongings out of the property, pushed me out of the property, and prevented me from documenting the condition of the flat. Even after I had paid deposit and rent in advance they claim because I didn't sign inventory they will not hand in the keys. Flat number 0L6 6EF. I have formally reported the incident to the police following what I experienced during the day I was meant to move in. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid signing with Maya Properties and to proceed with extreme caution.

I had communication issues and delays with my own solicitors, other solicitors and other estate agents but never with Colleen at Eric Clarke. She was proactive, helpful and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and give other members of the chain a nudge when needed. Would absolutely recommend to others!

Every member of the team was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. What really stood out was the family feel throughout the business. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was always someone available to offer support, guidance, and reassurance whenever it was needed. Selling a business can be a challenging and emotional process, but Helen and the team made the journey as smooth as possible.
