On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. 20th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)When we were considering selling our house, we approached all the established estate agents in the area. We were informed of a new agency and felt we should investigate further. It was clear from the outset that EB & P were an exceptional team. Esther Broomall and her colleague Lucy previously worked with John Shepherd before his retirement, and have therefore gained great experience of the industry and the local market in Solihull and Warwickshire. They are exceptionally personable, highly professional and have prominent Rightmove presence. In making our decision, we put ourselves in the buyers shoes as to who we would like to deal with and it was clear that EB & P were streets ahead (no pun intended!). If you are considering selling or buying a house, we would highly recommend Esther and Lucy.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
21st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Only sales method was drop the price 3 times £25K each time eventually found some one to buy but could not close the deal. I offered them the oportunity to work with another agent but personal issues got in the way. Finaly rid of them and hopefully moving forward with our new agent
