Not an easy brief but they followed it and we agreed sale of our house and purchase of our next house within 24 hours! When there was a last minute issue in the sale/purchase completion, Matt dealt with it with great skill and sensitivity. Simply the best!

All the agents are lovely, profetional and do a great job in showing the house by covering all details and benefits. Great folks and would recommend to anyone selling their home.
18th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)My mother recently sold her house in Henley through Hamptons. She had spent the previous year trying several other agents to no avail. When she approached Matt at the Henley office she was immediately impressed by his warm and professional manner. She felt confident that he would manage to complete the sale and with good reason as a few moths later the sale was agreed. Furthermore the experience was relatively stress free as Matt managed all parts in the chain and the process ran smoothly. She and I could not recommend this business highly enough.

They were fantastic from start to finish and always responded quickly to queries and problems caused by our difficult buyers even at the weekends. I’m pretty sure without their professionalism and knowledge we wouldn’t have completed our sale. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them if I sell in the future.

We dealt with a number of estate agents during our house sale and search, selling with other agents first. Winterbrooks were by far the best. You won't regret buying or selling via Winterbrooks

They set a fair price which was rightly priced for the market and then provided good marketing, online and in the window. They communicated often and gave feedback on each viewing. I transacted after 2 months and was very happy. Great team and best in Summertown.

Our property went live on a Friday afternoon, we’d accepted an offer by the following Tuesday. I cannot tell you how pleased we are. The solicitor recommended is just as good. You won’t regret using ‘In House’, we certainly haven’t!

Alice and Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve with our sale and offered information and helpful advice. We decided to let them roll out the strategy they put forward and trusted them to get the job done promptly. Alice took on the job of selling our home and gave us a very personal service, always listening to our needs and always doing her utmost to fit around us. Within a few days of the house going live on the net at the right price, we had a great deal of interest and we went under offer the following week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when we need an agent. Thank you S&P for all the help and hard work you put in to complete our sale in the month we required. 13th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
