She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . Everything and more of what you want from your letting agents!<br>From the very get-go of our 2 year tenancy in Henley, to the day we moved out- Sam, Charlie, Marie (and the rest of the Ballards Team) were nothing short of amazing.<br>We had helpful, clear and efficient communication throughout the tenancy. Any problems that arose with the house were sorted almost immediately, we felt very looked after as tenants.<br>Hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had (and probably ever will have!) with any letting agents. 10/10<br>Thank you Ballards!

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

Very good communication, keeping me up to date with offers, facilitating views to suit my time, making the process easy. Very professional and reliable, I highly recommended.

6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)On multiple occasions, I never got a reply from the rental team to my inquiries, by email or phone. They always said the team was busy and would call me back. When I called back after 1-2 days, they said the property was let, however the properties were still showing as available to let on Rightmove and their official website, even after a few days.

He was always very quick to respond to any communications, and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was very professional and we felt we could trust his expertise and guidance. 7th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. James Gesner Estate Agency will certainly be first on my list for any House sales/Letting.- 10th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Nicky and her team at Summertown have worked tirelessly and enthusiastically over the past year to get our 4th prospective buyer over the line. Dawn, our sales progressor, was exceptional at keeping all parties informed and motivated throughout. She made sure all parties, including us, stayed on track and worked toward the best outcome for everyone. Earlier in our search, Archie, Seb, and Raffy were all brilliant too. They really went above and beyond when trying to find the perfect property for me and my partner, taking our personal circumstances into careful consideration every step of the way. A number of viewings carried out speedily and feedback provided in a timely manner. All staff were friendly and approachable. Great teamwork apparent.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful.
