I dealt mostly with Kate McKinnon who went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She was calm, knowledgable and approachable. I would have no qualms in recommending Carter Jonas for house rentals or house buying and selling.
29th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would very much recommend using Allen and Harris in Witney. Aishah and Jarrod were amazing, constantly updating and communicating with us. Jarrod is still a trainee but would like to say how impressed we were with his knowledge about our house and how he communicated that information to the viewers. He has a presence about him that will make a great estate agent and an asset to the team.

She has been professional yet good fun and highly approachable. It's clear she takes pride in her work. she's a really nice guy x.
23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)James valued our house in March. The commission charges were very reasonable so we gave it a go. We had a lot of interest in the house and we sold for a good price at the end of May after James negotiated the deal. Throughout the whole process, Rob did a great job handling the viewings and once we were sold did an equally great job helping us through the sales process to completion.Very professional guys who know their trade very well and did a great job for us.

Leigh and Helen gave a balanced and thorough appraisal of the property when suggesting the sale price. From the moment we gave our instructions, Helen and the team were totally brilliant, always keeping us updated, and always responding very promptly to any emails or phone calls. Selling a home can be a very fraught experience, but I felt that we were thoroughly supported throughout. Many thanks to Helen especially, but also to all of the team.

9th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

James sold us our house 10 years ago and after talking to a few agents, we knew Cridlands were the right people to manage our sale. Despite a bit of a difficult and frustrating market, James kept us sane with good advice on the state of the market, recommendations for strategy and when we needed to be realistic on price.<br><br>His experience and skill were very valuable in helping us manage the process from accepting an offer to completion -his regular communications with (and chasing of) all parties smoothed the process and kept things moving. Given we were selling an old listed property there were inevitably queries and James helped us, and other parties, navigate and work through these in a pragmatic way and focus on those that were actually of concern to the buyer.<br><br>James and the team are a pleasure to deal with and we have had some very entertaining discussions along the way, thank you Cridland and Co!

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
