What an experience from start to finish.....from the initial meeting through to the final sales closure of our property I don't think you could find a more diligent, professional and caring service Liz and Nicola provided sound advice time after time and clearly understood our requirements from the beginning Not only did they sell our house in a record time of 8 weeks from advertisement to completion they also exceeded our expectations in the calibre of buyers they bought to the table and the price we managed to achieve Having sold houses previously I would simply say that their knowledge , service and expertise in what they do is second to none They are a great team and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone selling their property

28th May 2025 (16 days ago)After making appointments 3pm. Wednesday 28th. May. Appointment made day before. Agent telephone's again 10 am next morning to confirm. I struggled with my gout to answer the phone. I was angry the call was unnecessary. The caller noted my anger. Immediately told me to find another agent. These people are talking to people who spent years in the forces. Trained to high efficiency standards. They are unlikely to need reminders 24 hours after the initial appointment made. So glad he gave me the boot. I would not feel happy with such a weak minded character doing my business.

She regularly checked it with us and always helped where she could. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future house sales. Thank you for all your help.

Special mention for Laurence who was excellent throughout, worked really hard for us and introduced our eventual buyer. Morgan was also absolutely brilliant and worked so hard for us. Communication was great, very responsive team and with so much local knowledge and expertise. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing. One very happy customer! Thanks to all who made it happen.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

4th Mar 2025 (14 weeks ago)We were purchasing through Mustard and I only wish the estate agents we were selling with were half as good as them! Maddie, Ben and Tom all excellent and most helpful. Sadly, our sale fell through but even at that stage they were really supportive and kind. Great team would definitely recommend them.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. 3rd Mar 2020 (5 years ago)I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!
