1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Cannot recommend Lincoln in sales enough. I am somewhat of a stresshead and ended up selling my rental property at a REALLY stressful time for myself personally. I'm fairly sure I shouted at one of the poor solicitors and then burst into tears and I'm pretty sure I burst into tears on the phone to Lincoln at one point. I definitely got (let's be polite and say stressed) stressed over various bits and bobs due to tenants and first time buyers. Lincoln was a champ the entire time and had me laughing out loud on days where I didn't know which way to turn. I would have really struggled with that sale had it not been for him. He didn't stress about anything or stress me out at any time in the process, never ever once let on that he was most likely hanging up the phone to me and having to walk out the back and scream into a pillow, had me in stitches (always very lightheartedly and mainly over my memory or lack thereof and general hopelessness which was just what I needed) and sorted stuff out that others had been floundering with. He's definitely given me the most seamless and least haggling house sale I've had to endure - hopefully I won't have to sell another house but if I did, Lincoln would definitely be my first port of call.

He was incredibly helpful and polite. 10/10- 9th Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)The whole team at Hamptons were professional and supportive throughout the process. We faced multiple challenges when trying to find & secure an onward property but they handled our sale amazingly. They were realistic but positive throughout which kept us going when I would have otherwise have given up. I would highly recommend the team.

My Daughter & Son In Law recently moved into the Banbury area from London & were presented with many obstacles mainly with the inefficient processes with the sellers Conveyancer !! Laurence through out the whole process provided excellent communications skills both by phone & email on a daily basis such were the challenges put upon us. We as a family are very grateful to Laurence & other colleagues of Connells Estate Agents (Banbury). There 100% commitment to achieve our end goal was of the highest order, Thank you

Accurate price setting of the house ensured we had offers in quickly and more importantly validated. Second to none of you want to sell.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in
2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)One of the most professional and reliable lettings agents I’ve ever rented from! Everyone working on the lettings side have always been friendly and efficient throughout my tenancy. The amount of care that they’ve exhibited as a lettings agent has been truly outstanding and I genuinely appreciate it. Queries/problems (albeit minimal!) have always been dealt with efficiently. If you’re thinking about renting a property with Davies and Partners, don’t think twice, they’ll get snapped up quick. Circumstances have changes for me but if I needed to find a home again, I wouldn’t rent from anybody else!

They submitted a Dual Fees invoice despite not making an Effective Introduction and not providing a viewings list. Within 35 minutes of querying the invoice, MD threatened court. Their contract contained no reference to The Property Ombudsman Code despite the logo being on their website etc. Learnings: i. TPO must take precedence in the contract; ii. MD will refuse to address queries and will quickly resort to court.

18th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Round & Jackson came highly recommended to us by a couple of friends and family members so our expectations were set reasonably high from the offset! Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. On their website, Round & Jackson introduce themselves as offering a “modern approach with honest and traditional values and we aim to provide the highest level of service to sellers and buyers” our experience is that they absolutely achieve this and more. When you have been through the selling process you completely understand the importance of this, without doubt we would return to Round & Jackson in the future. Your experience as a seller gives good insight into the conduct and ethics of an Estate Agent and if buying, unquestionably a property marketed by Round & Jackson would give us complete confidence as a buyer. At the start of the process, it is easy to underestimate the importance and value of using an excellent agent. There is so much to say about this amazing team, so many small and big things that they do to proactively support the process, their expertise and professionalism are exceptional and we would highly recommend anyone selling or buying to contact Round & Jackson

We viewed several properties with different estate agents, and Jason was the only agent we met that actually put in any effort to accommodate to us. Any enquiries we had were promptly answered and any viewings we requested were quickly organised. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them when it comes to us selling in the future.

Jenny kept in contact explaining each process and although we were working to deadlines for the buyers, she was always calm and cheerful. With a proactive approach from the team, it was a pleasure dealing with Hunters and will highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. June and Mick
