11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having used Scott Fraser Letting Agents for 3 and a half years, I would highly recommend my property manager, Sarah Boyens, who was always diligent, responsive and professional throughout. She provided helpful advice when any issues arose, dealing with matters promptly for both myself as the landlord and my tenants.
21st Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)We called twice and on each occasion left a message so that the responsible person or team could get in touch regarding a property valuation. On both occasions call-backs were promised but never happened. It seems they can afford to turn away potential clients and business. We will now use other agents.

I would highly recommend White Lion.- 1st Jun 2026 (23 days ago)WARNING to tenants! Haven't had to deal with such a scammy agency in years. Make sure to document every inch of the flat when you move in – e.g., they tried to charge me for screws inside the cupboard under the sink, or dust in the bathroom ventilation systems... totally ridiculous. Most of the check-out charges are made in bad faith and can be negotiated down or completely eliminated provided you have the evidence to back it up. I managed to halve their haphazard check-out charges by providing documented evidence from my check-in which exposed their bad-faith claims. Another predatory scheme to watch out for is their 'no rent deposit scheme', which they pushed onto me by threatening that the landlord wouldn't give me the property unless I paid the extra £500 or so – for a service that I received no benefit from. One year after moving out of the flat, I am still receiving charges of £100 for this ridiculous scheme. During the tenancy, I received minimal attention to serious problems such as fire doors falling off their hinges, or completely corroded stove tops ("you simply need to scrub the burners"). Would recommend all tenants to avoid this agency as much as possible.
1st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Graeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!

We actually had two viewings in one day the first just was not for us, second we just knew it was for us. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. What was also very nice he was not pushy at all and it felt like he was trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a house. We were first time buyers and to say we had lots of questions would be an understatement. Jacob assisted us with our questions and queries even if it was something that wasn't a question for an Estate agent pointed is in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Orchid Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy.

Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.

It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants.
