I was kept updated at every stage and always received feedback from viewings and offers quickly. I mainly dealt with Gennaro and Natasha who were both excellent and helped make the whole process smooth and stress-free! Would highly recommend
11th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

28th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would like to thank the team at Chancellors in Abingdon for their help, especially Will Nelson who went out of his way to find me a flat that suited my needs. Very good communication, keeping me up to date with offers, facilitating views to suit my time, making the process easy. Very professional and reliable, I highly recommended.- 3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I’ve been renting for over a decade and never been so dehumanised. These guys (especially Jason Byrne) will ignore you at every opportunity. Our ‘home’ smelt like sewage from day 1 and still has not been replaced solved, after having not 1, not 2, but 3 independent inspectors come over they’ve class this property as unfit to live in.<br><br>After all the distress and suffering we’ve experienced chancellors was kind enough to award us less than 1/16 of our money back for renting what the council deemed uninhabitable.<br><br>We will see them in court but in the meantime please avoid this disgustingly run company at all costs. Please reach out for specifics about what they’ve done & individuals involved that still work at this branch. Chances are they will try to continue to rent this environmental hazard, so please reach out to find out exactly which property we rented.<br><br>Stay safe out there and don’t give your hard earned money to criminals.

17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I informed them in advance that we would be delayed due to traffic, they assured us that it was fine. However, the person conducting the viewing left without waiting for us. When I called to explain, he even said he had seen the two of us rushing towards the property, yet he still chose not to wait. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.- 10th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Nicky and her team at Summertown have worked tirelessly and enthusiastically over the past year to get our 4th prospective buyer over the line. It has been a challenging task but the team never let go of the job and eventually it paid off. Also Nicky arranged a private sale of a cottage in the Village that will suit our needs very well. Our thanks to Nicky and her team for a job well done.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed.
