Her knowledge of the property and area was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the area.

We also appreciated their honesty when we couldn't initially sell our house as quickly as we would have liked. We were so grateful to have an agent we could fully trust!
6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

He went above and beyond for us with the constant chasing up with solicitors and bridged the gap between us and our vendors making what is a very stressful time that much more easier. 19th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Due to the continued incompetence of this branches' sales manager, we were not able to purchase a home that we were making offers on, even when our offer was increased to the asking price, we had already secured a buyer for our own home and we had an AIP in place. However, due to this, we ended buying a house which is incomparably nicer than the one we tried to buy from Chancellors so it all worked quite nicely in the end. And that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

From day one, Victoria showed a professionalism and a knowledge of the local area. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. From enquiries to viewings arranged, Victoria made ensured that we were supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Her guidance in presenting the bungalow to show it at it's best and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially thought. Moreover, everyone we interacted with in the Chinnor team was friendly and knowledgeable, which made us feel confident and at ease.
