Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.... Read more
