6th Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

13th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Alexander at J&H Mitchell has been a fantastic support to my wife and I through two very important steps in life. Firstly with the purchase of our first house, and more recently to create Wills. As many could imagine, with the gravity of these arrangements they can be daunting. Alexander made us feel extremely comfortable by offering to answer all questions we had, allowing us flexibility to meet in person or via video call to suit our preference and schedules, not using a lot of jargon and helping us understand more clearly a lot of the legal terminology in an easier to digest way, and being personable and showing an interest in us as people first not just as clients. I cannot thank Alexander highly enough for his true professionalism and the team at J&H Mitchell for everything and will certainly continue to seek their support and services for any future matters.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We wouldn’t use anyone other than Simple Approach now. Having used them twice to sell properties I strongly believe there is no one else in Perth offering the same service that they do. Both properties have been marketed quickly, sold quickly and achieved well above home report value. All viewings were attended, their opening hours are really good allowing for late/weekend viewings which many estate agents/solicitors in Perth don’t offer. Alison is extremely knowledgable about the Perth property market and will do her very best to achieve you a good price with the best service, Thea in the office was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We have had poor experiences when viewing other properties with other agents and it really does highlight the service that they offer. Thanks Simple Approach

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
