13th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Pegasus sold my parents property in a very difficult time. My father was in hospital after having a stroke and we had been told he would be in a wheelchair. Nick from Pegasus was respectful of our circumstances and absolutely brilliant. Even after my father returned home and had to sleep in the lounge they were very understanding about how difficult it was to get out. I highly recommend Nick & Peter and would not have wanted to deal with anyone else in the circumstances. A fantastic independent Estate agent that genuinely cares about your circumstances.

16th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I had to pay upfront for the photos and they were dreadful! I only heard from them 3 times in the 13 weeks I was with them and I didn't get a single viewing. All in all an awful experience and I just hope that the Estate Agent I am now with gets us some positive results.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
