17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

They are a great supportive and sympathetic team. Highly recommend Charles Peck for Sales and Lettings.

Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Jonathan and his team were amicable and kind throughout our search for a coastal property. All our questions were answered with in-depth knowledge and explanations and we were kept informed at every stage; we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

15th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely 5 star service from Vicky at H2O homes! I was temporarily without heating last week and she and a colleague came round in minutes with heaters. Vicky could not have been more helpful and caring. Next time I’m renting a holiday flat I will go to her first! Highly recommend this company.

28th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I recently used Strutt & Parker at Chichester to sell my home. I cannot fault the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. My sale was particularly protracted, but Strutt & Parker supported me every step of the way and ensured that the sale came to a successful conclusion, despite a number of setbacks caused by a related sale further up the chain. It was only the care and attention that Strutt & Parker took that ensured the sale kept on track. Wonderful service.
24th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!

He was very thorough when showing the house and with any questions we had, and is always friendly, polite and very responsive. A very pleasant experience with an estate agent at such a stressful time. Thank you, would highly recommend!

24th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Knight Frank were absolutely brilliant. Kate Erlam was completely amazing and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the moving process without Kate. Thank you so much to Kate and everyone else we dealt with at Knight Frank.
