Some estate agents can be very daunting and unhelpful, especially when looking for your first property! But she has made the process so easy and clear to understand and I can’t recommend them enough.

15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Courtney Kent dealt very efficiently and promptly with the recovery of funds due to the dilapidations incurred by the outgoing tenants at my flat. This is often not an easy matter. It requires dealing with a lot of small issues and processes. An excellent example of good property management.
13th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been a tenant in an Hancock and Partners flat for 4 years now. In that time I have them and contractors enter the flat without the OK to do so. I have multiple late/missed appointments and inspections with no heads up of the cancellations - the latest cancellation happening because the staff members electric car wasn’t charged up. Building internal and external maintenance issues are hardly ever fixed, and if they are it takes an absolute age. And lastly, the staff are extremely rude and patronising. If you are looking to rent in Chichester and surrounding area, I urge you to stay away from this agency. As an example of how this company acts - our roof began to leak in the winter, with the water sparking the electrics in the ceiling, coming through the fire alarm fixtures and entering our property. Hancocks reply to our landlord regarding the situation was ‘tell them to stick a bucket under the leak and get on with it’. There has been numerous example of malpractice, but this is just one in a long line of them.
4th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

They are a great supportive and sympathetic team. Highly recommend Charles Peck for Sales and Lettings.

Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Jonathan and his team were amicable and kind throughout our search for a coastal property. All our questions were answered with in-depth knowledge and explanations and we were kept informed at every stage; we cannot recommend them highly enough.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

19th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)I had so many troubles with Nexa at the beginning of as 1 staff did not set up my account and following the case properly. I did make an internal complaint and after that things get improved. And the senior member took over the case and handled a little better from now on. I did give them 1 star before. Consider things move on and everything goes well as it should be. I am happy to give them 4stars now. Hope they can keep up with the work and can do business in long time with them.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He was very thorough when showing the house and with any questions we had, and is always friendly, polite and very responsive. A very pleasant experience with an estate agent at such a stressful time. Thank you, would highly recommend!

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
28th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)I wish there were more stars for Hugo, he was so helpful in our recent move to Westbourne/emsworth - any questions he was always available on the phone and even helped us to arrange purchasing furniture from the ex tenant. I would definitely use Hugo to move again.
