14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent company to do business with for the selling of my house.<br><br>All the staff at the Belvedere Branch were totally professional, helpful and always ready to answer any of my questions i had throughout the process of which there were many.<br>A special mention has to go to George Bontoft who literally went above and beyond to help make the process as seamless as possible and was the calm voice of reason.<br><br>I would have no problem recommending this company and especially the Belvedere Branch to anyone who is either buying or selling a property.
8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

We then decided to go with Sims Williams in Walberton.<br>They sold our house with in a few weeks<br>Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and kept us up-to-date with the process of our property being sold.<br>We would definitely recommend Sims Williams.

23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Martin & Co have been fantastic during this current tenancy, we’ve been through a handful of estate agents over the years and none have been better than these guys, specifically Hayley and Cara.<br><br>Probably the only estate agents who pick up the phone on the first ring, and definitely, in my experience, the only ones who have genuinely cared.<br><br>Always incredibly prompt in arranging for issues to be fixed as and when they sporadically arise, very personable and relatable people, which makes everything just that bit easier when they do.<br><br>Many thanks to all the team!<br><br>Jack

Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.
