15th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

Every time there was a problem, they tried their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. They were quick to reply and very professional. I have rented from Northwood before, and that was a disaster compared to Greenaway. Thank you for a nice service during my 2 years rental.

We never felt worried to pick up the phone and ask questions and they always replied to emails the same day. They were aware of our time difference and always called at times that suited us. They were honest, straightforward and always friendly. We felt like their main priority at all times and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Henry Adams is a shining beacon for their industry and they should be very proud of themselves. Honest, trustworthy and thoroughly decent people. Thank you all for your help with selling Mums bungalow and handling everything for us as we were conducting the sale from completely different parts of the country!

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have bought & sold many times, this was my 12th purchase. All were properties I lived in. The conveyancing process has changed beyond recognition since my first purchase over 40 years ago - what is deemed "progress" has actually become a very stressful situation with everyone involved "litigationinfluenced". I found White & Brooks the exception. Some of the agents I encountered in my search lied to me, never gave answers to simple questions, I ended up doing background research on each property I was interested in. You were just a means to an end. White & Brooks hand held me throughout the process, any queries I had were answered swiftly, any part of the ever-changing process I didn't understand was explained clearly. Getting to exchange was fraught but that was the solicitors - too many egos involved, too much splitting hairs. Would I use White & Brooks were I to sell my property in the future - most definitely.
