4th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying). My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process. I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell (or even buy) in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

It was never mentioned during the viewing, only after moving into the property did we find out there was an oil tank on the premises that needed to be refilled twice a year at our cost. A costly surprise!
