13th May 2021 (3 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.

17th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)We had to pay up front for marketing / photos etc but initially were not told this until we signed. Viewings were minimal & feedback was always so positive until 24 / 48 hours later when the buyer would become totally disinterested. Prior to the final viewing we were given so much positivity & such a build up but the buyers didn’t even enter our property!!! A completely waste of everyone’s time….the buyers were SOLD clients so the agent must no exactly what they wanted in their next home??? Overall very very disappointing, a great team but a waste of our money & a waste of time & energy!!!!

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
