Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
22nd May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
28th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.

20th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Not impressed they put people working before people on benefits tell you if your on benefits you can't afford the property even though you will get housing benefit and iv noticed on quite a few reviews on here they blame the landlords for everything half the reviews on here are probably from people they know or friends with them im glad im not renting from them

After viewing several unsuitable properties elsewhere, BP2 really listened to our requirements and presented us with the building we have now successfully purchased – a perfect fit for our needs. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with quick responses and complete transparency at every stage. A special mention to Ceri, who was particularly helpful, professional and proactive in ensuring everything progressed smoothly. Martynas was always quick to respond and was on hand no matter what query we had. All in all, we’re happy with our new home and have no doubts about future communications with the team :)

10th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)We sold our property through Fine and Country, the process was as smooth as it could be, we feel that the valuation was fair and appropriate to the current housing market. The only minor criticism is that there was a delay in photographs being taken but they were well worth waiting for. The agent dealing with our sale (shout out to Sue) ensured that any difficulties/challenges were resolved and her communication with us was excellent throughout.

29th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent

Highly recommended
