2nd Dec 2025 (10 weeks ago)This review for Franklin Allan Property Services is long overdue, but well deserved. From the very beginning, Lauma has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She supported us through every part of the process; from viewings and moving in to any questions we had throughout the tenancy and right up to the end. Her professionalism, good communication, and genuine care made everything smooth and stress-free. We had to relocate for academic and professional reasons, which meant we couldn’t renew the tenancy even though we would have happily stayed. The end-of-tenancy process did come with a some lapses in communication (as is often common during busy periods), but nothing that changes our overall experience or the high regard we have for Lauma and the service we received. It’s not often you meet someone who is both reliable and easy to interact with. Both myself and my partner are genuinely grateful for all her help, and we would gladly use Franklin Allan’s services again in the future if given the opportunity.

14th Jan 2026 (26 days ago)I had a really positive experience selling my property with Field Palmer in Shirley. Brian, Kieran and the wider team were great throughout and made the whole process feel calm and well managed. Within the first week there were lots of viewings, and within a couple of weeks I had an offer I was very happy with. From there the sale progressed smoothly and completed in a good timeframe, with clear communication along the way. I was selling from a distance as the property was a rental, and the team were particularly helpful with this. They went above and beyond in dealing with practical and management-related issues at the property, which took a huge amount of stress out of the process and really helped everything run smoothly. Professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. I’m very glad I chose Field Palmer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

15th Jul 2025 (6 mo. ago)I amazed that they sell anything. Tried to contact them by phone on numerous occasions. Wanted to arrange a viewing, same message on the phone, "sorry nobody is available to take your call". In the end looked elseware
16th Jan 2026 (24 days ago)Avoid at all costs! Easily the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with — unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely dishonest. They advertise one price “including bills,” then sneakily change it to exclusive in the paperwork, hoping you won’t notice. Totally dodgy and misleading. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from these scammers.

1st Oct 2025 (19 weeks ago)We were tenants at a property under Clear Residential, they were always quick to address any issues we brought up, anything that needed fixed etc. We have since left that property and the whole process was great and made easy, deposit came back quickly which is always appreciated! Would highly recommend this company, really great people!

Vicky's level of communication was second to none, we constantly knew how things were progressing not only with our sale but also our purchase which Vicky worked tirelessly on even on her days of rest.
