Left the property last August and still waiting to get our deposit back. Taking the steps now to take legal action against them, it seems that we are not the only ones being abused. They even came inside of our property when we were still living there without our authorisation. If anyone had issues with them please contact me via Facebook, Paola Crespo Lombardia, so we can build a case against them together

Absolutely criminal they will lie an even still your belongs. Do not go with this company. Sara is a liar and so is everyone in this business. They will change the locks on you know warning and then lie and say the disposed you’re goods when the haven’t. They stole my belongs which include my grandads ashes and refuses to work with you. To get stuff back. I will be taking legal actions. Avoid avoid avoid.

Me and my wife stayed in one of their properties in Atherley road. The rental process was quick and we were able to move in our new home after a few days. They were helpful and professionals from the beginning to the end of our contract.

I was hoping to buy a house through aspire, but in the end pulled out purely because of the horrendous experience with these agents - costing me nearly £2k in the process!
Kulbir is rude, unprofessional and verges on blackmail every time you speak to her. In my case, there was another higher offer made after my offer had been accepted, and she constantly held this threat over me to rush me into decisions without time to consult with family/solicitors, with numerous instances of harassment including telling me I had to send over my proof of funds by first thing the next morning (at 5.30pm) having told me only the day before not to worry about it yet, then telling me I needed to instruct a solicitor and make the first payment on account to them and send proof immediately (by close of play - when she called me at 4pm) or the sellers would go back to the other offer, having taken over a week to send through the solicitors quotes that she said would take a day. Then she denied me access to have a builder out to quote for the repairs needed, saying it didn't matter how much they cost because the sellers wouldn't reduce the price at all - acting like I was the idiot when I tried to explain to her that I didn't care what the sellers would do, I needed to know how much the repairs would cost before I committed to buying - and also tried to deny access for a survey to be done, then backtracked on that when my dad got involved. Throughout, she was incredibly patronising, rude, harassed me for answers but never responded to my calls or emails, and seemed to have a vested interest in NOT selling me the property.
She also told the sellers that I was planning on renting out the property (completely untrue) and nearly made them pull out, and told several lies/inaccuracies on the phone which she then denied having said over email. Numerous times I insisted on email contact only but she would always call me every time (including when all contact should have been going via the solicitors). Not to mention the horrendous lack of professionalism in spelling/grammar, in misspelling my name in almost every communication, an absolute litany of spelling mistakes throughout, including mistyping my email address TWICE (that I know of) so that key emails never reached me. My parents have bought numerous homes over their lifetimes and have never had to deal with such horrendous agents in their lives, and frankly if you see a house sold or rented by this company - run the hell away as fast as you possibly can.

I would not reccomend this estate agent to anyone. Money grabbers and will do anything they can to avoid spending money that they have to, by law, and instead send either cowboys, or charge the tenant for repairs they need to make.

Not recommended at all! THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! After a month that I broke my contract with them, the way it has to be done, I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. The woman, Kubir, was very rude and she told us that she was going to do everything possible to not return our deposit, and here we continue waiting... because she has no reason to keep it. They are super unprofessional. I was with them for 5 years and there were problems every time something had to be done at home. For example, my washing machine broke, I spent almost a month if that's because they didn't move to look for a new one. I had to notify the owners of the house so they could call them and they finally did something. When something broke, she would send her husband to fix it to save the engineer's money, like that, a thousand more examples. When I made my contract I paid 200 pounds in fees because they told me it was for all the paperwork. Lie! Ilegal! Silly me new to this country and inexperienced and without the proper English to speak. I'm sure you will find better agencies that do the work within the regulations.

It’s been the worst experience with a tenancy agent ever.
They charge for anything you do, they just want to get the cash, so unprofessional! If you send an enail to them for any problem they won’t answer!
The dark side here is that their customers (the actual landlord of the houses) get the bad impression as well, and people don’t recommend their houses anymore.
Really bad experience.

They say they will get back as soon as possible. Calls, emails but no reply even after weeks. If you want to lose your time then definitely choose them. Offer put on a property weeks ago and if I call them they tell me they will give me a call tomorrow.

I have been renting with Aspire over 4 years and they are Excellent, best Estate Agents. We were looking intensively for a while, of all the estate agents in Southampton area and Aspire had the best customer service, super high responsiveness, clear communication and overall good people.
They have been doing a fantastic job and have dealt with any issues in a quick and professional manner. Very grateful.
Would definitely recommend ????

I was interested in renting a property. After reviewing the property and speaking with the realtor, she confirmed that all I will need to pay is £350 to begin renting the property. This lady had a South Asian background and she was specifically interested in my money. At that point they committed day light robbery.
Anyway, after paying for the £350 only after she bring the large deposit, tricking me into the thought of only having to pay £350 so that I can rent the property. She claims that this is a "holding fee" which is quite preposterous to be honest as holding fee wasn't mentioned and even if it was I am bewildered to why you have to pay for that in the first place when I am happy to start renting the property.
I advise all people to not come here
