Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

17th Jan 2026 (23 days ago)Excellent service from YourMove during our property purchase in Southampton. Theo was proactive, professional, and negotiated well on our behalf. The handover to Charlie was seamless, and he and Sam kept everything moving through to a smooth completion. They also introduced us to in-house contacts for surveys and solicitors, who were equally professional and prompt. So impressed that we also chose them as our letting agents. Highly recommended!

29th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)I was very disappointed with Mann while trying to sell my house in Spring 2025. Firstly, they valued the house significantly above the market value, presumably as a tactic to get me to sign with them. This only delayed the sale because there were, predictably, no enquiries. Worse, there was then very little follow through from them whenever I asked what was going on and nobody seemed that interested in helping me. The only saving grace is that I had negotiated a one month exclusive period, down from their normal 3/4 months, so I was able to extract myself without too much hassle.

They have been really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process from advertising and marketing the properties to the follow up procedure on the sales. I was always kept fully informed from beginning through to completion and felt valued as a customer.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

5th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)rang on Saturday the 3rd Jan to book viewing for Saturday the 10th Jan to view property at 2 tumulus close ,had text viewing cancelled , rang and spoke with Tanya who was highly unprofessional and said vendor only wants to continue with people who are proceeding, probably blaming vendor for their convenience. Funny she knew we aren’t proceeding - Pathetic
