Constantly told to use an app for queries and messaging that NEVER works half the time. They have ZERO people skills when dealing with renting tenants and send out threatening letters if you fall into arrears. They make NO effort to support their renting tenants. GO ELSEWHERE.

The communication was excellent and catered to my needs to move in earlier than the planned date as I had to leave the previous property. Definitely recommended ????.

We chose them after friends of ours had worked with them to sell their home and after seeing the excellent quality of the images and marketing videos, we didn't want to work with anyone else. We had an offer and accepted just 6 days after going live on their website and Rightmove which was just incredible. The team really understood our requirements and we were also really grateful for their expertise in the housing market. We are so glad we chose them and we can proudly say that we are now settled in our New Home and it was thanks to the team's superb efforts that we completed a sale and a purchase in just under 3 months! Edit 21/08/24: Adriana has been incredibly helpful over the last couple of years acting as communication between our landlord and us and resolving issues with maintenance.
