We have two properties fully managed by Charters, and at times, we forget we own these properties as the service is so good and seamless. The team always answer calls quickly, and if the property manager is not around, they always call back promptly. Thank you for all your help!

She was always available to help, quick to respond and the only person involved who consistently did what she said she would do.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Molly's persistence, professionalism and proactive approach made a huge difference. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my Mum was well looked after. After losing my Dad 2 years ago Amy has always been on hand to sort out any problem big or small. Efficiently and effectively. When we found out the owner was going to be selling Amy made everything as easy as possible for Mum. She really put herself out to make sure Mum felt supported. We can't thank her enough.

They always help to sort any issue or talk/explain any query I have regarding the letting procedure, and I ask a lot of questions. If you are thinking of letting your property out, pop in and ask for Fran or Olivia they are both great, and i'm sure they will be happy to help.

They will discard your application for a property without even notifying you, which is extremely selfish when their clients are most likely enquiring about multiple different properties in hopes of securing one. Disgraceful - avoid at all costs

We were not disappointed, they suggested a good price for our property and unlike some other estate agents they secured it. The communication during the sale has been excellent and they have been proactive in managing our chain, which has been key in securing a positive outcome. We can not recommend them highly enough, big is not always better and the independents like Chambers can offer a more personal service. Thanks Richard to you and your team you provided an excellent service.
