Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.<br><br>Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. 24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Every time I use an estate agent I'm reminded of how rude and unprofessional these guys are. I suggest you use any other agent in the area as these agents made my life hell during my second year of university. Awful people and corrupt. Offered a friend a car parking space near the property in exchange for a good review. So please bare that in mind when looking through the reviews.<br><br>Edit to add: I absolutely was a customer for one year. Shocking that they have tried to say I wasn't. Let this be another red flag for any potentially renters.

Any query we had was dealt with promptly and efficiently. They make the buying and selling process so much easier with their knowledge and professionalism. The whole Fareham team provided a excellent team approach. Would definitely recommend Chapplins to everyone.

Richard and his team were fantastic from start to finish, and Richard was crucial in pushing to get everything over the line in time. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop - 100% would recommend and if I ever decide to go through the buying/selling process again, I’ll be back!

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.
3rd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Relatively early days for us but so far have been super impressed by Hellard’s attention to detail and also smart and direct questioning when we registered (Emily, who was great)They have in a short period of time presented two properties of interest. They are very prepared and very knowledgable on the properties they are marketing (Viv, who is excellent). Also they really do know their market and local area. Have a lot of confidence that Hellards will find the house of our dreams!
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have moved out of the property managed by charters, I was at my property for year. The moving in stage, the maintenance and the moving out was all pretty great. I have had a lot of bad experiences with letting agents in the past but bishops Waltham staff have been helpful and communicative. (Accounts team once said I hadn’t paid rent and I ended up paying it twice and it took me a month to get my money back which was a cash flow nightmare) but I count my blessings. Maintance issue were look at and dealt with promptly. I love where I have moved to but my new property manager/letting agent have already promised an issue would be fixed by move in two months in and ten emails later issue is still here - has really made me miss bishops Waltham charters ?

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
