Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.
17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Morris Dibben Southampton and only wish I had chosen them sooner. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Jonathan Davis was realistic, professional, and knowledgeable during the initial meeting. The sales team (shout out to Lauren, Daniel, and Samantha) were always responsive, engaged, and provided prompt, helpful feedback after viewings. They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. A special mention to Russell for his care and attention throughout, and to Narinder, who oversaw the final stages of the process. Narinder was fantastic - keeping everything moving forward and providing reassurance during a time when things go quiet or slow down. Overall, a highly professional and supportive team. I would strongly recommend Morris Dibben Southampton. You’ll be in great hands every step of the way. Thank you all for your help in selling my property.

13th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)My experience with leaders has been great and this is especially because of Harvey Spoor who has been absolutely amazing throughout our entire letting process. From the very first viewing right up to the moment we collected our keys, he has been nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly quick to respond to every email, always keeping us updated and informed about what was happening at each stage. That level of communication made the whole experience smooth, stress?free, and genuinely enjoyable. Harvey went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. He is a solid 10/10 across the board.
23rd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.- 2nd May 2026 (4 days ago)Feedback on Connells Branch I am writing to share my experience with the Connells branch to help future clients make an informed decision. After my offer was accepted, I experienced significant communication delays. It took six weeks of persistent follow-ups to discover that the documents had been sent to the wrong solicitor, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. Further, I faced unprofessional behavior from the branch manager. Despite acknowledging the mistakes, his communication became dismissive. For instance, when I reached out for updates, he was often unresponsive and even spoke to me in a dismissive tone. At one point, he asked me which solicitor I was using, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Moreover, after three months, the branch insisted on a second viewing for my buyer, even though all documents were already in place. The branch's behavior during that viewing suggested they were unprepared, and the buyer eventually pulled out the next day. Overall, my experience with this branch has been disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages others to carefully consider their options. Genuine reviews are vital, and I strongly recommend thorough research before choosing this branch.

Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

Most people would seek valuations from multiple estate agents but I decided this was not needed, Charters provided everything I needed. House moving is a stressful process and a professional and friendly estate agent makes the process easier.
