23rd Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

2nd May 2026 (12 days ago)Feedback on Connells Branch I am writing to share my experience with the Connells branch to help future clients make an informed decision. After my offer was accepted, I experienced significant communication delays. It took six weeks of persistent follow-ups to discover that the documents had been sent to the wrong solicitor, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. Further, I faced unprofessional behavior from the branch manager. Despite acknowledging the mistakes, his communication became dismissive. For instance, when I reached out for updates, he was often unresponsive and even spoke to me in a dismissive tone. At one point, he asked me which solicitor I was using, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Moreover, after three months, the branch insisted on a second viewing for my buyer, even though all documents were already in place. The branch's behavior during that viewing suggested they were unprepared, and the buyer eventually pulled out the next day. Overall, my experience with this branch has been disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages others to carefully consider their options. Genuine reviews are vital, and I strongly recommend thorough research before choosing this branch.

1st May 2026 (13 days ago)Our experience it’s Robinson Reade has been exceptional from the beginning of the process to the very end, from the initial consultation you are treated and considered as family. It’s true what they say, people buy from people, and from the first time that we met Craig Tarbet - property Consultant, for the initial consultation. We knew that we were in very safe and good hands and that the personal touch that Robinson Reade are renowned for was evident from the very beginning. The photos were quickly arranged as we had an offer in on a property in Scotland, they also came back out and retook them once we had replaced the carpets and updated the photos and website. After this the appointments were arranged by Emma Watson - Sales Advisor, and the communications were great, keeping us informed at all stages of viewings with great feedback received on how we could improve the property from each viewing. Timings for viewings were considerate as we both work from home and have a young dog and care was taken to ensure that we had plenty of notice and that there was no unnecessary disruption. Once we had accepted an offer from our buyer the case was assigned to Donetta Holland - Sales Manager, this is where the personal reputation that Robinson Reade are renowned for stepped up to another level. Every one needs someone like Donetta in their lives and house selling or purchase process, controlling activities from the offer through to completion. Donetta knows the law like that back of her hand and throughout our process she was able to guide us through the legal complexities especially as we had issue with a Deed of Variation. She was able to effectively manage both legal teams and ensure that the process was so effortless and smooth. She is an expert in communication and keeping all parties informed of any outcomes and directing the process to a successful completion, this was made more difficult in this sale due to our onward purchase in Scotland and DoV issues. This excellent management of the complex issues, in its own right is worth every penny of the fee. She was able to calm us down when we were in danger of losing the plot and control, she pulled us right back to where we needed to be. Whilst Donetta was hugely instrumental in ensuring our purchase was concluded on time. Our purchase in its entirety is down to the cohesiveness of Jane and the whole Robinson Reade team, make no mistake, while this a small team, it is mighty, very effective and for whom nothing is too much trouble and they all work tirelessly to achieve the most positive experience for your sale or purchase, and you are in very capable hands for your sale and purchase. You will not regret choosing Robinson Reade, we don’t.

Not only did we receive advice and suggestions, she also did research on questions we asked her. Chambers agency is a huge relief after dealing with some other agencies!!!

3rd Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'd give more stars if I could! ?? I chose Field Palmer to sell my flat as Rhiannon was by far the friendlies and most welcoming of the EA's I initially spoke with. It was the best decision I could've made. Throughout the (very long and very laborious) process, the team at Field Palmer were constantly on hand with support, particularly when my first sale fell through they were very proactive in securing me a new buyer so I didn't lose my purchase. Photos were excellent, team were friendly and accessible. Rhiannon provided so much support throughout the process, particularly when solicitors were being difficult or hard to reach. While it was still a very difficult and stressful process, the support from the team was invaluable. Thank you!

We haven’t been able to agree on an offer with the seller but the team have done a fab job of mediating and being there when we needed to talk to them, also they’re speedy actioning things as far as we’ve experienced. From the very beginning, she was highly communicative and professional, always keeping in regular contact and ensuring we were kept up to date with any new properties becoming available. Alex showed us around several properties and was consistently helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping us find the right place and went out of her way to try and secure a rental that suited our needs, particularly for the 18-month duration we were looking for. Unfortunately, the property she was trying to secure for us didn’t align with our required dates, which was disappointing. We were genuinely gutted not to be able to complete a rental through Alex, as she stood out by far as the most professional and dedicated agent we dealt with throughout our search. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.

Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.
