Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

During the process, the communication was excellent, and the online referencing system was very easy to use. Frances was always professional, friendly, and patient, and she was happy to help whenever I had a question. I'm very happy with my new home and would highly recommend their service.
3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I've known Jonathan Clegg for many years, and when I ran into serious problems with another management company, he and his staff were instrumental in helping me to navigate through a very difficult situation. They consistently went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected, and went out of their way to deliver a top-level service. My constant impression when working with any member of the Hunter's team is that nothing is too much trouble, and that they are in my corner all the way. When I decided to leave the BTL market, they helped me find buyers for my properties and made the transactions smooth and trouble-free. I've dealth with half a dozen letting agents and estate agents in Southampton, and Hunters stands out as the best by far.

We have two properties fully managed by Charters, and at times, we forget we own these properties as the service is so good and seamless. The team always answer calls quickly, and if the property manager is not around, they always call back promptly. Thank you for all your help!
8th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Molly recently helped us purchase our new home and, honestly, I'm not sure we would have got over the line without her.<br><br>Throughout the process, she worked tirelessly to keep things moving, chasing the sellers, the sellers' solicitors and even our own solicitors when communication stalled. She was always available to help, quick to respond and the only person involved who consistently did what she said she would do.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Molly's persistence, professionalism and proactive approach made a huge difference. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

She has gone above and beyond to make sure my Mum was well looked after. After losing my Dad 2 years ago Amy has always been on hand to sort out any problem big or small. Efficiently and effectively. When we found out the owner was going to be selling Amy made everything as easy as possible for Mum. She really put herself out to make sure Mum felt supported. We can't thank her enough.

They always help to sort any issue or talk/explain any query I have regarding the letting procedure, and I ask a lot of questions. If you are thinking of letting your property out, pop in and ask for Fran or Olivia they are both great, and i'm sure they will be happy to help.
15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Definitely avoid this agency if you are property searching in the South West of England. They will discard your application for a property without even notifying you, which is extremely selfish when their clients are most likely enquiring about multiple different properties in hopes of securing one. Disgraceful - avoid at all costs
10th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)We bought our current property through Chambers Estate Agents 10 years ago and were so impressed with the service we received, we decided to sell the property through them. We were not disappointed, they suggested a good price for our property and unlike some other estate agents they secured it. The communication during the sale has been excellent and they have been proactive in managing our chain, which has been key in securing a positive outcome. We can not recommend them highly enough, big is not always better and the independents like Chambers can offer a more personal service. Thanks Richard to you and your team you provided an excellent service.

Richard and his team were fantastic from start to finish, and Richard was crucial in pushing to get everything over the line in time. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop - 100% would recommend and if I ever decide to go through the buying/selling process again, I’ll be back!

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
