Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!
6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I have been a client of Hunters for 10 years now having entrusted them to manage one of my rental properties and then following a very competent and competitively priced service moving the rest of my portfolio to them. Natalie the property manager is always cheerful and extremely responsive and has total regard for the landlord ensuring only vital property costs are passed. Recently I had reason to engage on the property sales side. Having personally and all the time in my work life dealt with agents I have never enjoyed such professionalism and care than that afforded to me by Jasmine Bradley. She deals with all aspects in such a calm and grown up manner she really sets herself apart from other industry professionals. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experienced and balanced individual to anyone who is considering selling their home. Natalie and Jasmine are first class employees and the reason I do and will continue to rely on the services of Hunters. THANK YOU LADIES
23rd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

She answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole viewing feel relaxed without any pressure. From the very beginning of our move right through to completion last week, she was always knowledgable, positive, and incredibly supportive. Molly for us quickly became someone we could trust to ensure the process moved along. She was always honest, and never avoided giving updates straight away.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was excellent. Our buyers' solicitor was extremely poor at keeping everyone informed, but Molly never let things drift. She chased relentlessly for updates, kept the chain moving wherever she could, and made sure we always knew what was happening. Whenever we had questions, she would call us back the very same day with answers or, if she was still waiting for information, she'd explain exactly what she was doing to get it. She always had a clear plan of action and never left us wondering what the next steps would be.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but Molly's professionalism, positivity, and determination made the whole experience far more manageable. She genuinely cared about getting our house move completed and went above and beyond to make it happen. This was crucial as other parties such as the buyers solicitor were not always communicating or answering calls from my solicitor. We are so grateful for everything she did and is exactly the sort of person anyone moving house needs on their side

In what was a fairly depressed market Darren and his great team managed to sale the property in a reasonably quick time. Chapplins are to be congratulated on their professionalism and efficiency during the transaction.Their communication on every part of the sale was quick and concise, and I was kept informed on a regular basis. Accordingly, I would highly recommend the firm to anyone contemplating selling a property in the area. Thanks again

21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I have had a fantastic experience with the staff at Mann 15 Centre Way, Locks Heath, Hampshire, SO31 6DX. Lauren the first contact I had with them could not of been kinder after the loss of my mother and took her time to explain things to me so that I could understand the sale of mum's property. It was put on the market at an agreed price and was sold within 48 hours and from start to completion was just under 3 months. Laura Sales manager has kept us informed on every stage of the sale the rest of the staff in the office have always been helpful and we can not fault the service we got the property is now sold and new owner moving in. I can only thank them all for a great service and I will recommend them to anyone who has a property to sale or rent out and if your buying go look in the window and pop in they will help you.

She was amazing with showing us the place and made sure she included all details about everything. She didn’t pressure us or made us feel cornered. It was a very comfortable great experience. I was so anxious about attending but from the very first call and email from her I knew I had nothing to worry about.<br>Such amazing service that even though I’m considering another place Leah still offered to help me after if i wanted the place!<br>Not many great lettings agents around like Leah!<br>Thank you so much Leah and hopefully i do return one day :)

Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.
