17th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.

25th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)I had the misfortune to be a tenant in one of the properties now let by DBLS. I had lived there happily for 5 years before they took over the letting contract. Within 1 year I was evicted with 8 weeks notice. This was through no wrong doing in my behalf but because they decided they could get a higher rent with a new tenant. They had tried to increase my rent by 20% in the December, to this I pointed out that the flat was riddled with damp and that an increase of this amount to a good tenant at that particular time of year was unfair - they agreed to a 5% increase. However a situation was quickly manufactured by the owner of DBLS which triggered the eviction - when I confronted him about this there was no denial regarding his actions. My family and I had months of utter hell and it was all due to this company. So, if you are an unscrupulous landlord looking for tenants that you can screw over DBLS are your company. If you are a tenant looking for a property - don’t touch them with a barge pole!

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
3rd May 2025 (15 days ago)Have had a property on the market with other agents for 7 months with only 2 viewings and no offer. Relaunched with Bunting and Bunting today and already have an offer at full asking price. Of course, we are some way from completion, but at the moment, we love Bunting and Bunting!
