She was very helpful at what was a busy time. I had to complete the purchase by 31st March, in order to beat the new stamp duty deadline. I'm very grateful to her for her assistance.

9th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have… Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have recently completed the sale of our property. Despite the chain being problematic due to the failings of other estate agents within the chain Victoria Rose of S & P was professional, honest and did everything possible to ensure our buyers were able to proceed with the purchase on many occasions working out of office hours and at weekends. The good lines of communication S & P maintained between buyers, solicitors and developers resulted in us moving into our dream Home.
17th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.

They really know their stuff and were very reliable and professional throughout. Had a much better experience of Edward Ashdale than other local estate agents so highly recommend using them!

22nd Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)Having failed to sell my house using one of the larger, more well known estate agencies, I wanted to find somewhere independent with a more personal service - which is exactly what I got when I asked Maison to help me to sell. From the very beginning, Zac and Damian were fantastic. They are both extremely friendly and helpful at the same time as being very professional and experts in their field. They do all the viewings themselves unlike the bigger agencies who send out lots of different people to conduct viewings. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking for that little bit extra when selling their home. Thank you Maison!

Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.
