I couldn’t believe the difference , the whole team where so helpful and encouraging, gave sensible and realistic advise to ensure a quick sale, Richard, Keith and Jordan were always professional, and Lorraine ensured the progression of the sale went smoothly. I wouldn’t want to do it again in a hurry but if I had to I would definitely choose the Oxted team at white and sons. Thank you

From the initial set-up, to the viewings, to the care taken to ensure that exchange happens smoothly, the team have been on the ball. I know Phillipa has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure things have happened timely. If you want a great team to handle your affairs, I recommend ADM at Locksbottom.

Despite the chain being problematic due to the failings of other estate agents within the chain Victoria Rose of S & P was professional, honest and did everything possible to ensure our buyers were able to proceed with the purchase on many occasions working out of office hours and at weekends. The good lines of communication S & P maintained between buyers, solicitors and developers resulted in us moving into our dream Home.
17th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

21st Dec 2024 (17 weeks ago)I worked with Mark Waldron on our sale and purchase through Knight Frank in Sevenoaks and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Through the process I’ve interacted with a few agency’s around the town and honest he’s head and shoulders above the rest - knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and friendly. The KF machine runs really efficiently and I’m certainly a happy customer.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.
