Kept us informed every step of they way and have fantastic local knowledge. Highly recommended

23rd Apr 2024 (9 days ago)AVOID!!! Please avoid using this company, I had nothing but issues with them when trying to rent a unit. The unit I was interested in had a window that had been put through and a dodgy door, I asked for this to be replaced before renting it which I was then rudely told I was being a nuisance and I should look elsewhere. The person who I spoke to was rude, aggressive and just out right nasty! They wouldn’t give their actual name as they obviously didn’t want to be found out but I do have their contact number. After raising a complaint about this individual nothing was ever actually done and it all fell silent. No one actually came back to me after weeks of me chasing for updates. Very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to use them.

2nd Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)The initial valuation was way too high and meant that my property was competing with bigger and better properties. Having said that I did get a lot of viewings and when I dropped the price I received an offer quickly. Just a shame that time was wasted initially with the over valuation.- 14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I would give them zero if I could, the lack of communication is shocking and lack of information of area was equally bad!

30th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We have used Mark Beaumont and his team for both renting our property (for two years) and for selling it (this year), and do not have a word of complaint for their work in either area. They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
