Highly recommended, best we have ever used in 50yrs. Anyone selling their home must get a quote.

From the moment we met Helen for our initial valuation, everything went smoothly. The transition to the sales team was seamless and Ella was incredibly helpful and personable, always willing to assist with anything we needed. Lesley was also fantastic, working diligently to ensure our completion went through successfully. A big thank you to the whole team! ????

From our initial viewing through to finalising the paperwork, Carrie was consistently approachable, responsive, and thorough. She was particularly patient with all our questions during both the first and second viewings as well as the clarification questions I raised regarding the tenancy agreement, taking the time to explain everything clearly, responding to emails point by point and never making us feel rushed or burdensome. That kind of calm and attentive support made what can often be a stressful process feel far more manageable. Carrie clearly knows the ins and outs of her role and brings a personal, considerate touch that’s rare to find in the property world. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Bridgfords to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency—and if you have the opportunity to work with Carrie, you can be confident you’re in excellent hands. I am hoping to receive the same quality of service during my tenancy, as Bridgfords will be servicing the property for rental payments, repairs and maintainance.

They have not yet responded to my email regarding the inspection, which was done in October 2024 and I was only made aware of it few weeks ago in may 2025 when the tenants gave in notice to leave the house and i had no idea. They are not responding to calls or emails. If anyone has any tips etc please please please let me know. I just want my building back in the same way i gave it. someone help please

They kept us informed at all times and this led to a smooth, stress free purchase. Cannot fault this company, and the two people I have already mentioned!

Finally, an estate agent that actually WANTS to SELL houses. Every time I had a question about, "reasons for selling", "is the price negotiable", "what's the rental potential".. etc. they had an answer - or they took the time to find out and ACTUALLY get back to me (something that most estate agents in my experience, failed to do). The swiftness in communication and the readiness of the team, is truly the standard all estate agents should aspire to. Very professional and prompt. I hope all investment opportunities I find, are listed with Pattison!

Very special thanks to Ryan Hamlet and the management team as they always respond to any complain i make regarding about the kitchen cooking gas and cleaning of the kitchen. I'm happy living in this house and i will like to extend my contract anytime it expires.
