30th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We can't praise Emma and the team enough - their communication was excellent, they were considerate and understanding with all negotiations related to my godmother's house. It made what could have been a difficult experience run extremely smoothly - so far! We received 3 offers within a week of the house going on the market.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.

The only slightly disappointing aspect of the marketing was the photos, as we thought some were a bit too bright.
