15th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
13th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very professional in all my dealings with the Falcon team, successful in securing a full price buyer in under 4 weeks
15th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Punctual and polite. All research had been done prior to the visit and market fluctuations taken into account for a realistic valuation.
Brilliant service! thank you, Will.
13th May 2025 (1 year ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Louis has been so fantastic during this process. He’s helped every step of the way in our purchase and reassured us when we’ve needed it! Can’t thank you enough!
24th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We recently rented a property through Katie as was met with a swift and pain free experience with renting our property. Happy with our choice of letting agency and thank you again to Katie for helping getting us through the process.
16th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Very good agency on the Broadway in Plymstock. The only agency in Plymstock to ask us what we were looking for and then matched appropriate properties to our needs. They recommended a conveyancer who was bit dearer than others but was excellent. Olivia really listened to us to understand what we wanted. Thanks team!
3rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Selling and buying don't think I'd recommend them don't seem interested in helping you buy a property even the Selling side is awful. Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them
16th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)All the staff I have dealt with at Bradleys have been calm, measured, professional and friendly. They appreciated that not only did I need to sell a house, but I also wanted peace of mind. They took away the stress from what can feel like a stressful process. Very happy to recommend them.

She was always professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and was always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated her support and attention to detail.

10th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Three viewings were booked immediately the house was put on the market. The first person to view was the person who bought the house, which sold in three days at the full asking price.
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Another outstanding service from Christopher’s for both purchase and sale. Christopher, Heather and Rob are in our opinion unparalleled in their determination to achieve a timely completion. Their high level communication coupled with the benefits of being an independent agent sets them miles ahead of their competitors. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else.
24th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)After two years of trying with local agents in launceston, we decided to try Bop In Tavistock. Listed in June 2026, Sold moved out and completed In October 2026.
Professional, and friendly, approachable, spot on with everything from start to finish. When you phone them, they answer or get back to you, and they are on the ball with your transaction, it feels like you are their only one! They never need to be told anything twice, and have all the latest info and updates on your transaction, from listing to sales progression.
Highly recommend them, seriously give them a try !

Dennett Estates Ltd - Covering Plymouth & Surrounding Area
3 Risdon Drive, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9FX(115 reviews)
9th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)We've had recently purchased our first home and had the pleasure of working with Greg Dennett and we can't recommend enough. A very professional and transparent approach to everything in regards to the sale, provided every documentation and information needed and because of that we managed to move in ( from start to finish of proceedings) in just a month and a half. Would always recommend!
2nd May 2026 (6 mo. ago)We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Reuben and the Connells Plymstock team. They have just helped with the sale of a family members home. It was such a straightforward process, great communication and as stressless as could be! I would recommend above and beyond any other local agents. 5 star?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????
