Nothing was too much trouble, and they were available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Not sure how we'd have coped without them! Special shout out to the manager Lucas who ensured that he stayed in touch throughout, and kept us up to date with the progress of our sale, and to Rachel for meeting us for viewings too!

All of the advice they gave us was based on an excellent knowledge of the property market, and it helped us to achieve the best price that we could for our late parent's property. They were all helpful, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. They were happy to discuss any queries that we had, and always made time for us when we dropped in to the office. This was a very stressful and emotional time for us, and Emma and the team always conducted themselves in a friendly and approachable manner, making a difficult situation much easier. Many thanks for everything you did for us. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving the team 5 Stars, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering buying or selling a property in the area. Kind regards Steve

They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)

The brochure details were well put together with exceptional photography exceptional. In the end the house sale was quite protracted but they were patient and helped ensure the process stayed on track keeping all parties involved and communicated clearly. I would highly recommend them

From start to finish of the sale process, each member of the team was fantastic. They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. 9th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Atwell Martin team have taken away all the stress of being a landlord. Any issues I have faced with maintenance, have been sorted quickly and the cost just comes out of the fees I receive from the tenant. In addition, those costs and rents received are all clearly stated each month in a very accountant friendly statement. To sum up, use Atwell Martin, no stress, property makes me money, happy landlord.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

25th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Pilkingtn Estates were the first firm to give us an estimate incorporating a range of prices which could influence how rapidly the property achieved a sale. Their descriprion of the prooperty was entirely positive with no sense olf overselling it to potential buyers.

A BIG thank you to Emma Champion who always kept me up to date with the sell of my property and SOLD it ???????? A big thankyou to all the staff at the Tavistock office.
