11th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can't thank Connor and Millie enough for all the help and support they gave me during what was a very stressful time.<br><br>I was understandably worried about finding somewhere new to live. The team worked hard to find me suitable accommodation and arranged an agreement with my previous landlord that made the move much more manageable.<br><br>On moving day, they even helped me transport my belongings to my new home, which was far beyond what I expected and made a huge difference. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and treated me with understanding and respect. They made what could have been a very difficult experience much less stressful.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable estate agent. Thank you again for everything you did—I really appreciate all of your help.

5th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have used Hindhead to relet a small number of investment properties which for many years I had owned and managed myself. I have used them for more than a year now and everyone there is really pleasant to deal with. The advertising and viewings are done quickly which really helps minimise the time the properties are vacant. Their application process also gives you a really good insight into who will be living in your property and I value the peice of mind I have knowing everything is compliant. Really recommend them.

After speaking with several estate agents who spent more time criticising each other than explaining what they could offer, we weren’t feeling optimistic as first time sellers.<br><br>Lang Town & Country completely transformed our experience. Our consultation with Paul was outstanding — he arrived well?prepared, knew the area inside out, and had clearly done his research. His advice was honest, unbiased, and focused entirely on what he and his team could deliver. He helped us understand the market and built a clear, strategic plan for listing our home. It was the first time we felt genuinely confident & supported by an estate agent.<br><br>We signed with them immediately, and within just a couple of weeks our house was sold. Holly and Josh were fantastic throughout the entire process — keeping us updated at every stage, helping us prepare for viewings, and guiding us through each step with patience and professionalism. Their communication and support made the experience completely stress?free, even during the end where challenges almost had me worry, Holly and Josh were already on it, supporting the situation, progressing it on in a on, ensuring both sides were left satisfied and confident. They appreciated that not only did I need to sell a house, but I also wanted peace of mind. They took away the stress from what can feel like a stressful process. Very happy to recommend them.

No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

16th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

The rental market in Plymouth is moving fast at a relatively stressfull pace but fortunately Atwell-Martin, especially Ms. Bluett helped us out greatly. Their service is professional, calm and thorough even though it is apparent that Atwell-Martin is very busy in itself. They follow through and think with you, informing you if opportunities come up and helping you if required. The only improvement could be that an additional receptionist to answer the phone calls would improve their service! Massive thanks!

They generated a lot of interest and helped us select the offer most likely to proceed smoothly. Communication was great throughout and we really felt we were in safe hands. I can't recommend Liz highly enough. From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the property market, outstanding efficiency, and a level of professionalism that truly sets her apart. Every question was answered with confidence and clarity, communication was prompt, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Liz went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house and at a great price, and when she found it, she didn’t hesitate and delivered on the spot. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
