He wasn't pushing any extras on us, he answered all the questions we had and simplified it for us (first time buyers), he was very easy to get a hold of and always responded fast. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage especially first time buyers who need someone to take the time and simplify the meanings with clear explanation.
6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Overall Falcon were good but did not do some of the marketing they had suggested they would do. For example they did not hold any open days as they had suggested they would. The property sold after only about 4 viewings in the 5 months it was on the market. Once the offer was accepted, Falcon were helpful and efficient.

She was always extremely helpful and stayed in regular contact so that we knew how things were progressing. All in all she gave exceptional service and helped guide us through the move.

19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!

Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

Throughout all the staff at MT acted in a discretely professional manner, they are all knowledgable and helpful all the time without in an way being pushy unlike some of the more “got to get a sale” breed of Estate Agents. Everyone was great and it was simply a joy to buy my new abode from them. I was kept well informed throughout and never felt neglected. Thanks to you all at MT, wish you all well for the future.

The team was super professional and quick to respond during the whole process. They were there for us at every step and were really committed to making sure everything went as planned. Greg has been professional throughout the process communicating promptly with vendors and solicitors. He portrayed best interest for both us and the vendor he was representing which created a trusting relationship all round.
