30th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I've bought and sold several houses and never come across an agent as good as this. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
19th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
19th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.
13th May 2025 (1 year ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them

16th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Very good agency on the Broadway in Plymstock. The only agency in Plymstock to ask us what we were looking for and then matched appropriate properties to our needs. They recommended a conveyancer who was bit dearer than others but was excellent. Olivia really listened to us to understand what we wanted. Thanks team!- 16th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)All the staff I have dealt with at Bradleys have been calm, measured, professional and friendly. They appreciated that not only did I need to sell a house, but I also wanted peace of mind. They took away the stress from what can feel like a stressful process. Very happy to recommend them.
23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid
6th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We have brought 2 properties and sold 1 via the Modbury office and always found them to be friendly, honest and efficient when drank with them. They don’t apply pressure and understand your requirements, a rare quality in estate agents. Very professional ??????- 17th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Some people do their job and some go above and beyond, the team at Collaton Park have been truly amazing , nurturing and supporting the whole experience. I am extremely grateful, thank you .
27th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)They were pleasant but ineffective.

19th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Luscombe Maye were instructed on a complex matter involving an elderly individual and a LPA, and their communication and professionalism was essential throughout. Thank you.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Always a pleasure doing business with these guys
5th Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)All very professional and informative
23rd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Kean and Parker are very good. Can't say more until we've gone further.
24th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Natalie, Stuart and the team have been amazing from start to finish! They have provided a very personal experience and kept us regularly updated at every step. Always on hand to answer any questions- highly recommended.
4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home.
Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months.
We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
24th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Have to agree with previous one star review i read earlier. No obvious effort to support us in trying to sell our home. Felt like we were just processed rather than engaged with. Promised much on first meeting and very encouraging. Sadly empty words about actual engagement, advice or support.

9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Highly recommend!
15th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Very helpful and knowledgeable, sold my property in less than a week highly recommend
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Another outstanding service from Christopher’s for both purchase and sale. Christopher, Heather and Rob are in our opinion unparalleled in their determination to achieve a timely completion. Their high level communication coupled with the benefits of being an independent agent sets them miles ahead of their competitors. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else.

2nd May 2026 (6 mo. ago)We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
