24th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I won't go into great details as the actual experience was painful enough, but anyone reading these reviews please approach Simon and Tara with extreme caution. Absolutely heartbroken to lose our dream home and we blame Simon and Tara completely. Hate the thought of other young couples having to deal with such a rude and arrogant company when trying to purchase their dream home. Shame on you both.

She was not the type of agent that would promise the world to gain your business, which was a breath of fresh air! I couldn’t recommended Holly enough, she really is fantastic at what she does.

Previous horrendous experiences (with other firms) make me wary!- 24th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)
18th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties

The brochure details were well put together with exceptional photography exceptional. In the end the house sale was quite protracted but they were patient and helped ensure the process stayed on track keeping all parties involved and communicated clearly. I would highly recommend them

29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.

25th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Pilkingtn Estates were the first firm to give us an estimate incorporating a range of prices which could influence how rapidly the property achieved a sale. Their descriprion of the prooperty was entirely positive with no sense olf overselling it to potential buyers.
