31st Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)D R Kivell, in our experience, perform very well. We have been involved with them on two fairly significant transactions, and have also recommended them to friends. On each occasion, the outcome has been significantly more successful than major, well known, prestigious firms, which seemed surprising? Their response times are far quicker than the major firms, too. I'm fairly cynical about estate agents in general, as they tend to make promises and predictions that they don't then actually achieve - but I can honestly say that D R Kivell, each time, have achieved what they promised, and in good time! David Kivell seems very professional - I'm from a legal and commercial property background, and I rather grilled him about whether his predictions were achievable, and he stuck to his guns, and achieved exactly what he'd said. They seem good at valuations, too. Peter Palmer seems more like a wise, experienced farmer, and therefore very friendly and helpful. And he's a good photographer. Geoff Lupton seems to be the very helpful and efficient guy who keeps everything on track. Based on our own experiences, I've formed a very high opinion of them.
23rd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Chris and Emma at Savills Exeter have been great to deal with during our recent home relocation. They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.
13th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them

23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid

A lovely welcome box with the keys as a bonus.- 9th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

16th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)The members of staff were absolutley amazing; so helpful and nothing was too much effort for them. Extremely efficient communications and always returning calls and emails as soon as they could. We organised 2 sets of viewings almost at last minute timescales and felt well looked after. The staff are genuinely interested in their clients and customers and facilitated meetings whenever we needed them. Thank you for such good service and friendliness.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am mystified why there are two previous reviews lower than 5 stars, however….. What a delightful experience it has been to purchase a property from MT. Throughout all the staff at MT acted in a discretely professional manner, they are all knowledgable and helpful all the time without in an way being pushy unlike some of the more “got to get a sale” breed of Estate Agents. Everyone was great and it was simply a joy to buy my new abode from them. I was kept well informed throughout and never felt neglected. Thanks to you all at MT, wish you all well for the future.
