25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!
1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

16th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)From the very beginning of selling the service from Ian, Lisa,and Pip,and all the team has been fantastic their knowledge of the area market and the pricing etc was proven too be very accurate .With sound advice throughout the sale these people and all the staff have been brilliant top drawer in my opinion
8th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Our initial contact was James and was hugely positive. From James we progressed to and were helped by Katherine, Holly and Grace before being assisted by George. From the point of sale on, we were almost exclusively in Claire’s capable hands and she was our contact through completion. Our first experience with R M English was in 2008. Its happy outcome then was our justification for using them again and this one too has been a pleasant experience. Thank you all.
4th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

1st Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

During my time with Leonards I encountered many personalities all of which form the team that drives the sale, each have their own strengths and roles which, when combined, create something quite formidable, what I witnessed was teamwork at it's very best. If you have the good fortune to have Neil deal with any aspect of your sale then you can rest assured you are in good hands. Chris understood our property and requirements form first visit, and get us on the market in line with our timeframes. The pictures taken made the house look fantastic. During the length of the sales process all members of Dee Atkinson were diligent, friendly and helpful, however particular mention to Cameron, who was absolutely brilliant - professional, friendly, with great advice, and always available - 5 stars. He really made a big difference for us.
