10th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)We have recently purchased a beautiful house through Carter and Jonas.<br>From the start of the process we have been fully informed and updated .<br>Extra viewings arranged and nothing we asked was too much trouble.<br>Catherine was extremely supportive and when sadly we had a bereavement in the family Catherine was both kind and professional and helped with making the purchase go as smoothly as possible under very difficult circumstances.<br>We can't thank Carter and Jonas and of course Catherine enough .<br>Now we start our new chapter in our stunning home ??????
26th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

I will go through Reeds Rains whenever possible in the future due to her excellent customer care and dedication to helping out, even after you have moved they will be there for you only a phone call away.

8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

Excellent communication, great advice and fast, efficient service, taking away all the stress through the process.. With Imogen showing me around the property and having a vast knowledge of the area and market, I felt fully supported and confident with the Brigfords team to deliver.. 29th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.
24th Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Good estate agents, could do more communicating did find we chased them for info but good at getting back with info on viewing quickly, overall quite pleased. Some areas to improve on but I think you’ll get that with other agents too.

He was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be stressful, but James made everything feel smooth and manageable. He kept us well-informed at every stage, was always quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as it should.<br><br>Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his friendly, reassuring manner made a huge difference. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us secure the right home, rather than just completing a sale.<br><br>We’re so grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Hunters Selby to anyone looking to buy or sell. As first-time sellers, Harry was incredibly reassuring and made us feel completely at ease throughout the sale of our home.<br><br>Mel was fantastic at keeping us updated every step of the way. She was organised, efficient, and always on hand to answer any questions.<br><br>After seeing how easy and hassle-free our experience was, my parents and a friend have now also chosen Mallinson & Co. to sell their properties. I tried many times to communicate with them regarding renting a flat, but because my English isn't perfect, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I hope they improve their customer service and learn to be more inclusive
17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

We've bought and sold a few houses now with various companies and he's been the best estate agent we've ever worked with. I would absolutely use him again and don't hesitate to recommend him.
