21st Feb 2024 (1 year ago)House was sold whilst I was a sitting tenant got a letter through post with incorrect tenant names looks like was printed by a 5 year old as no company name info or contact information and no company registration number just stating to pay into this bank account number. No new tenancy contract with either new owner or letting agents. Lorna sharp sent rude obnoxious emails and seems to care more about money than tenants ..... AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENCY DUE TO TO LACK OF EMPATHY AND SUPPORT FOR DISABLED OR ABLE BODY TENANTS. SAVE YA MONEY FIND A RESPONSIBILE AGENCY NOT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

5th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

Had a lot of communication mainly with Dewi who was easily contactable, did what he promised to do and a good link between us and our buyer. Kept us calm when things got difficult (as they often do) and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for sales.

I was kept fully informed throughout, response times were excellent and all calls were returned promptly. I decided to instruct Taylor Weaver, not only because of their professionalism and great customer service but also due to their deep insight and knowledge of the local market, enabling them to provide realistic and meaningful valuations in relation to commercial sales and lettings. Looking forward to working with James and the team at Taylor Weaver again to manage all our commercial property needs. 31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Feel as most agents they just want to get on the books not bothered/interested once on .. dont feel work / on your side

From start to finish they we professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They provided a thorough valuation quickly showing a specific interest in my property rather than a generic one size fits all approach, they explained the reasoning behind the valuation as well as their proposed approach to marketing the property and achieving the best possible value for me. They were not pushy with me to try and persuade me to market my property with them and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Within 2 days of the property going live they had arranged numerous accompanied viewings with the same person who had valued the house and had the best knowledge of its features. Less than a week later the sale was agreed and they had put me in contact with a solicitor to carry out the conveyancing. Throughout the sale process they have kept me in the loop and always been available to answer my questions and offer advice and explanations. Overall I'm very please with the service they've provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family

9th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)ow New I'm an out of town investor who trusted open house with my properties. I was assured by Muhammed that he was nothing but professional and that I had nothing to worry about and my properties were in good hands. I've now received both of them back and I'm very disappointed the condition he handed them back in. I'm now stuck with two damaged properties with over and Muhammed does not respond or answer calls. Please avoid this company
