We have just purchased a flat from Haart in Wembley Park.
We found the staff there very friendly and helpful and felt very comfortable dealing with them. Ahmad and Qais were especially helpful ensuring that all our questions got answered. Ahmad ensured that we got viewings at a time convenient for us, and was well versed in the lease details of the properties, something that some agents seem to struggle with on the spot. Once the offer was accepted, Qais constantly followed up with the solicitors and the vendors and ensured that any issues holding up the sale were unblocked and the whole transaction kept going otherwise there was a danger that one of the parties was going to pull out due to legal delays. Nadine also made regular contact and helped the whole deal move along. Haart in Wembley Park get full marks for communication and customer support. Unlike other agencies that sometimes can take days to get back to you, by which time you have lost interest and moved on to look at other properties, the staff at Haart were always available to talk to and answer any of your questions. If at any time they were busy with other customers then they would always return our calls soon after.
To us, good communication like this made all the difference and made us feel valued. We would not hesitate in using Haart again for a purchase or even a sale, and would recommend them to others - especially if you are thinking of selling a property, as we have seen for ourselves, they really work hard and put maximum effort in to getting properties sold. - Mr & Mrs Ali

Do not go near them . They will not release the tenants deposit. Had a lot of difficulty to get money back. TDS in the end returned the money as agents did not answer any letters to TDS. They had no right to hold the money when the landlord had informed them to release it. Just want to make fast money . This is cheating as far as Preston Road Ofiice of Hunters is concerned who took over Kings Estate of Wembley
Form the first visit we were really impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm for the house. They promised they had clients already on their books and true to their word they had viewings before we even had the house details ready they had viewings. 16 viewings with 5 offers within 2 weeks. Follow up support has been great and despite my reservations about Estate Agent charges I think they have earned their money and I'm pleased to be able to recommend them to you! Excellent service. Kept us fully informed with regular updates, chased our buyer when needed and were very professional throughout. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Made an enquiry and specified my budget and requested no time wasting. Before arriving for the viewing, I requested photos and prices of the property. I was then taken to viewings with properties which were way above my budget and I was subsequently insulted that I could not make a higher offer. I was informed that a higher offer had been made but the property is still on their website. I was also taken to a property which I had already viewed before and was told that the price was £1250 when in fact it was listed for £1150. Appalled by their level of desperation. Will make a formal complaint to the regulatory body as taking advantage of ordinary people is part of their daily routine. Their staff are not just rude but also skillful in making up information to their advantage. They will most likely reply denying everything.
