We recently bought a property through Gibbs Gillespie, and found George Stone from their Pinner Office has been very helpful throughout the whole process. He understood our requirements very well, and was able to find us another suitable property very quickly when our previous seller had to pull out. Overall, we are very happy with the service Gibbs Gillespie Pinner office provided. Would definitely recommend!
I can imagine all the reviews here fake. I dealt with Luke and Danny. They are just not good enough. They were unable to sell my property at all. There were no viewings for 1 whole month and then when I asked them about allowing me to give it to other agents, they want a commission in that too because I made a mistake of signing a sole agency contract. AVOID.... They don't know how to sell. They just dont know the business and market.

Lawrence Rand helped me find and buy a house in Harrow recently.
They were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. But they also went above and beyond in helping with me deal with a few challenging situations that arose.
One in particular was right at the end of the process, and it came as a surprise to all parties involved. Alec helped me resolve this under a lot of pressure, which I’m grateful for.
Another highlight was finding a reasonably priced company to translate some legal documents for me from German to English for me. I didn’t anticipate this being such a headache so finding a company for me was a nice touch.
Although this was my first house purchase and I’ve nothing to compare it to, it did seem like quite an involved process so thanks Lawrence Rand for the help!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We purchased our house through them in 2015. It all stared well, but as our offer got accepted and moved on to next stage the ordeal began. Our offer was accepted late July, we were told there was no chain and the seller is ready to move out as soon as we can get paperwork done. This turned out be a load of bunk. The seller used to "disappear" for weeks impacting the progress, not responding to queries raised by the solicitors. Paul Ryan who was dealing with the case from Lawrence Rand wasn't very helpful either. During the course he went on leave without giving an hint he was planning to do so. We never got any honest answers as to why the delay despite everything being in order from our side. Phone calls to his office or emails asking for updates rarely got returned unless the email was marked to Peter Lawrence. This was our first home purchase and with so much delay we were not sure what was happening, if there were to be gazumped, whether the deal is going to go through or not, it was very stressful for us. Finally we got the keys towards end of Nov. To our surprise the seller left all his unwanted stuff(mostly rubbish) behind. And he took away some of the fittings/fixtures that he earlier agreed to leave! When we requested Lawrence Rand if they can contact the seller and get the house cleared, all we got was "we will pass the message" and that's it. We never heard anything back. We were never given the contact details of the seller so there was no way possible for us to reach him. We also found out in the week that followed that someone else had signed up for Council Tax payment and another person had signed up for Gas and Electricity for the property. We managed to sort this out ourselves, not not sure how it happened in first place. Had Lawrence Rand been clear with their communication instead of keeping us in dark this experience would have been much better. I guess in a seller driven market, with properties in short supply and high prices, its the buyer which is at the receiving end and the estate agent only cares for the seller from whom ultimately the profits come! And today morning I received a phone call from them asking if I was interested in selling my house due to an increased demand for properties in my area! Good grief!

Hi there Regent property ,Ahmed Butt in particular has being excellent in every department from start to finish in looking after my property and my tennants ,while quickly solving any problems however big or small
Worst property management we have ever experienced. They take AGES to resolve issues and are terrible with their accounting. There are some useful staff but they are seemingly worn down or leave the company due to the mess that it is.
I decided to sell two properties in Harrow and used Foxtons for the ruthfulness of what I had heard about them. I was correct in choosing them, so pleased. They sold both of my properties. Meghna’s communication and constant persistence really helped in a bad situation of hurdles we were faced with. Meghna was a star and some of her other colleagues from the other branches too. James at Pinner and also Thomas at Ruislip. Thank you Foxtons, I would definitely use you again.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Was good until end but, on the day of completion they
1.failed to keep the same price with the buyer. I lost a lot n of money and
2. Could not manage the chain properly. I had a buyer standing on my head as if we are being evacuated from our house and my pregnant wife and parents were rushing to make it easy for the buyer. They should have given at least 4 hrs for me to be able to move. I got the keys at 2pm and the buyer was at my door at 4pm.
Worst ever agents and directors are even worse. AVOID!!!!!
