20th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Daniels.<br><br>The flat was advertised as a “new home,” but in reality it was not new, which was misleading from the outset.<br><br>The agent, Joseph, arranged a viewing for 5:30 PM. We had to leave work early to make the appointment, but despite knowing this, he was rushing us through the viewing because he had another appointment afterwards. We were barely given enough time to properly inspect the property. This was particularly frustrating because we had been told that 5:30 PM was the last viewing time.<br><br>We had also clearly informed Joseph from the beginning that we needed to give our current landlord two months’ notice. Despite this, after we submitted an offer, we were told that the landlord could not wait two months. This should have been communicated to us before encouraging us to proceed with the application and offer, especially since our notice period had already been clearly explained.<br><br>Overall, the communication was poor, the viewing was rushed, and the handling of our situation was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and had to rearrange our work commitments for a viewing that we were barely given the opportunity to properly attend.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Daniels based on the way this was handled.

From the initial advertising right through to completion, everything went perfectly without a single hitch.<br>?They gave us incredibly honest advice, were extremely respectful of our home during viewings, and drummed up a huge amount of interest from prospective buyers. If you want a professional, respectful, and highly effective estate agent, look no further! Raxann and Darren

8th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)I have always had a good experience with DM&Co. Communication is timely, they are very proactive regarding urgent repairs and regular maintenance. They keep up to date with changing regulations and make sure the property is compliant.They have always found good tenants in the 10+ years I have been with them. Recently they have raised their fees and whilst I can't comment on how they compare with other agencies I do feel that it is now a bit expensive and explains 4 rather than 5 stars. Tamara and Russell are both very professional and they do go above and beyond to deliver an excellent service. I know my property is in good hands and that gives me peace of mind which has no price!

13th May 2020 (6 years ago)I really wanted to like the agency. However, having just dealt with some other estate agents I can honestly say that Phillips and CO are very old fashioned and the worst at communication. Let me explain more. TLDR; our purchase fell through after months of discussions. We were initially told by the agent that there is no chain, after weeks of chasing they eventually confirmed that there is a chain - all that needed to happen was a phone call the vendors and some shouting at them. Anyway, We put this hurdle behind us and agreed to wait as the vendor had already found a house. It has been 2-3 months of constant chasing for updates which normally goes like this: 1. I send an email asking for an update 2. A week goes by with no response 3. I call them to find out what is going on 4. They give me an excuse that the vendors aren’t responsive but they are chasing as much as possible 5. They tell me they will call me back once they have spoken with the vendor 6. Another few days...still nothing 7. I call them, raise my tone and again get some stupid response. I fully appreciate that the vendors aren helpful. The issue I have with this estate agent is that they have poor communication skills, no idea on how to manage customer expectations. I have never had to chase an estate agent so much, it’s normally other way around - they chase and you hide! Avoid if possible guys!

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

They treated us with respect on every phone call, very patient when we had 2 small rent delays in 2020-2021 and were overall a very professional & courteous outfit. Having worked in customer service for over 26 years, I have been able to see first hand their level of attention and empathy as human beings first and foremost, but also their ability to make you feel heard when we complained about anything (which was very rare) . Our landlord, Ali, was very happy with Wex and Co, and to our knowledge dealt with them for many years before us. Now we have finally bought a place, we have moved on from renting, but wanted to share this review, and thank them, especially Michael and Lak, who went above and beyond for us as a family.
