15th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

19th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We’ve been in our new home for about 4 months now, and our experience with DM & Co has been excellent from start to finish.<br><br>From the first viewing to moving in, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The whole process felt smooth and well organised, which took a lot of stress out of moving. ??<br><br>What has impressed us most is the level of service after moving in. Any issues or questions we’ve had since have been dealt with quickly, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about both the property and its tenants.<br><br>We’ve rented well-managed properties before, but the professionalism and responsiveness we’ve experienced here have been among the best we’ve encountered.<br><br>A special thank you to Russell and Tamara, who have been wonderful throughout. We feel secure, well looked after, and very grateful to have found such a professionally managed home.<br><br>Highly recommended.
17th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)For all the tenants, you need to very be careful before you going Hilton and fox Wembley.<br>They were good to me until I moved out. Many things happened that shocked me. First, the landlord was stealing from me by creating fake gas invoices, and they were aware of this. Second, they are trying to keep all of my deposit, and not answering my calls or responding back. I was very kind to them. If i knew they were like this, I would have been more cautious with them from the beginning.

13th May 2020 (6 years ago)I really wanted to like the agency. However, having just dealt with some other estate agents I can honestly say that Phillips and CO are very old fashioned and the worst at communication. Let me explain more. TLDR; our purchase fell through after months of discussions. We were initially told by the agent that there is no chain, after weeks of chasing they eventually confirmed that there is a chain - all that needed to happen was a phone call the vendors and some shouting at them. Anyway, We put this hurdle behind us and agreed to wait as the vendor had already found a house. It has been 2-3 months of constant chasing for updates which normally goes like this: 1. I send an email asking for an update 2. A week goes by with no response 3. I call them to find out what is going on 4. They give me an excuse that the vendors aren’t responsive but they are chasing as much as possible 5. They tell me they will call me back once they have spoken with the vendor 6. Another few days...still nothing 7. I call them, raise my tone and again get some stupid response. I fully appreciate that the vendors aren helpful. The issue I have with this estate agent is that they have poor communication skills, no idea on how to manage customer expectations. I have never had to chase an estate agent so much, it’s normally other way around - they chase and you hide! Avoid if possible guys!

16th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Superb agents from start to finish. We bought through Wex and Co and Mike was so helpful. So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

I had just over a week to find myself an apartment that I liked and get moved in. Her quick communication, professionalism and genuine kindness is what made this all possible! She answered all of the questions I had without hesitation or making me feel silly. 17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation. Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability. If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out—one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.
