22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)I recently sold my property through Wardhaugh, and found the staff to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. The sale encountered some difficulties, however Jen and Roddy were there to offer sound advice and reassurance, which ultimately resulted in a successful conclusion. The photography and marketing service was extremely good, and weekend and out of hours viewings were included in the service. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend.- 11th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Robyn has been an absolute god send for us. Not only has her communication been phenomenal, but her interest in helping us find a place shows. Being international students has made finding an affordable place difficult but Robyn answered all of our emails and then some. She is kind and carring and my husband and I really appreciate it.

We first spoke with Jimmy, who was really friendly and enthusiastic about the house.<br>I loved having the WhatsApp group chat to ask questions and get information. So much easier and faster than relaying information between lots of people one at a time!<br>We were always, and frequently, kept up to date with our house sale progression, which was very reassuring. Any queries we had were answered quickly.<br>Our house was under offer in 11 days, thanks to negotiations by the team.<br>We wouldn't hesitate to use RFRE again and would highly recommend their services ??????
3rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.

Communication by email was always easy and efficient. A special thank you to Dawn for being so welcoming and proactive in helping me remotely, Erin for taking such great care of the viewings and welcoming potential buyers, and Ashley for always responding promptly to my questions and requests.<br><br>Overall, the whole team made me feel that my property was in very reliable and capable hands. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to doing their job well.<br><br>I’m so pleased that I chose Harmony Host to sell my home.
