From the very first contact Polegate Your Move were friendly and personable as well as as professional. As a very very inexperienced house mover (twice in 73 years!) they put me at ease, explained all of the extensive paperwork involved in renting in detail and eased the process. They accomodated my availability for viewing time and kept me informed of progress as it moved through landlord acceptance and completion. There was even a welcome box with some very handy discounts (which I have used). Your Move Polegate made the whole process of moving as stress-free as it could possibly be. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Your Move. It’s not easy selling a loved one’s house for probate. Paul and Angela although efficient and professional, were very empathetic to this. They kept us up to date regularly and helped the whole process go smoothly. We were very pleased with the whole service.

I chose to go with Your Move because of all the estate agents I had met with, Paul came across as the most authentic and genuine and I’m really glad I went with my gut instinct. Mine wasn’t the easiest of sales with a couple of buyers falling through (no fault of Your Move here btw), but each time they re-sold my property within 1 or 2 weeks which was literally amazing. Because of their quick work the chain waited and it all went through successfully. At each step they took the time to talk me through the process and give me an honest appraisal of the situation, which was really appreciated given I’ve not sold a property before. I’m really glad I went with them and would highly recommend their services. Great service and great people.
