29th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the valuation right up until being SSTC (which we are at present so cannot comment any further as I don’t have a crystal ball!) Sam has been absolutely fantastic. He was very honest during the valuation, did not try to pressure sell us, and allowed us to come back to him in our own time after obtaining other valuations. We felt it was an honest and fair valuation that had market evidence to back it up. Sam set up a WhatsApp group which was so helpful for quick communication, and we managed to sell our house in 2 weeks. He also helped us with knowing what and how to offer on our next property, which we have now secured. Even still through the sale process Sam and the team are always on hand if our buyers have any questions for us, or we have any questions in general. He was also a great help in helping us find decent local solicitors. Very smooth process so far - far above expectations.

5th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Cannot say much as I never really had much personal contact with the selling agency….. . Unfortunately I guess my property being a “Holiday flat” was not the right time to sell during the Autumn/Winter….. I have now other means of moving to my permanent property and hope to be settled soon…. This property may well be rented till we find out what we will be doing…….

13th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Ashley and Izzy were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and kind and communicative. Unfortunately my flat didn't sell. I took it off the market - flats move much more slowly at the moment and it was incredibly frustrating, but I can't fault the service from Ashley and Izzy. I did not enjoy the other people in the office so much, as their customer service could be spotty and sometimes I felt it was verging on rude.- 25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)A big shout out to Angie and Ella. 23rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.
