31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.

This despite many difficulties thrown at them by my estranged wife, who put many obstacles in their way. I am so grateful for the hard work, professionalism and dedication in helping me to reach a positive solution .

As a first-time buyer, there were so many things I wasn’t sure about, but Lee was always incredibly helpful, patient and happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>He made the mortgage and insurance side of buying a house feel so much less overwhelming and was always quick to respond whenever I needed help or reassurance. 25th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

We liked that they were 'no nonsense' and that we dealt with just Callum and Tom directly throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to sell.

Amazing service from valuation to completion and would definitely recommend- 2nd Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Exceptionally poor communication throughout. Complaints process a sham. High staff turn over with no real single point of contact or person showing your property so a complete lack of consistency.
