From the first meeting, there was no hard sell, just lots of questions, so that they could understand our position. Knowledgeable, professional and good people to deal with. Very proactive and helped to resolve a few last minute hic-ups. Would highly recommend.

25th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>Having had a few less-than-positive experiences with estate agents previously, we were a little nervous about finding a rental in an area we didn’t know at all. Moving from Gloucestershire to Somerset, with a new school and so many other things to organise, felt like a lot to take on.<br>From the moment I spoke with Lisa, however, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly down-to-earth, approachable and responsive. Communication was quick and straightforward, and she made the entire rental process feel remarkably straight forward.<br><br>She also has a really excellent selection of properties, and we are absolutely delighted with the home we’ve ended up renting. It’s exactly what we were hoping to find.<br><br>Moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with an estate agent, so finding someone who was genuinely helpful, friendly and straightforward made such a difference to us. Our experience could not have been more positive, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anyone looking for a property.<br><br>A huge thank you — we really appreciate everything you did to make our move to Somerset such a smooth and pleasant experience.

16th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. I have already recommended James to neighbours and would trust him again. He’s a great guy who works hard for his clients. Thank you James. J&R.

28th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
