Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

31st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Selling my late father’s house was never going to be an easy process, but Briggs were excellent from start to finish.<br>Unfortunately, the sale fell through twice before we finally succeeded on the third attempt. We were very unlucky with the first two sales collapsing, but throughout the process, Briggs remained understanding, patient and supportive.<br>Communication was consistently clear and concise, and any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. I really appreciated their continued efforts and understanding, particularly given the setbacks and the additional work involved in getting the sale over the line.<br>I was genuinely pleased that we were finally able to complete the sale with Briggs after all their hard work and perseverance. They provided an excellent service during what was a difficult and often frustrating time for our family.<br>I would highly recommend Briggs to anyone looking to sell their property.

20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
