   I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure.    This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale....    I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide.
