Not very nice people ,signed up for long term tenancy , 6 months later advised to move out as landlord wanted to sell property, to add insult to injury deducted £50 from bond ,for a cleaning company to clean mould from bathroom, recieving a receipt with no company address or contact telephone number on it ,then found out 3 months later it was our fault in the first place that the mould was there , cleaner obviously didnt do his job properly, COME ON REGULATERS , regulate , fake receipt ,fake people

Absolutely rubbish, changed weekend plans to cater for a house viewing and they gave me the wrong time, arrived at 9:52 for a 10am appointment to be told it was actually booked in for 9:45 and they'd already left, terrible service

Really good marketing campaign. Our house had previously been listed with another agent and had very little interest in 3 months, within a month of switching to Michael Poole we had an asking price offer. Selling process was smooth considering the pandemic. I was a bit sceptical about getting the video done as well as photos but it was really straight forward, no hassle, and it helped us to get several serious viewings.

House was put on market during the covid pandemic. I was assured that despite this, they were confident they could sell. Not a single viewing and absolutely no feedback over 2.5 months. When i called the office the excuse given was staff being furloughed. Not good enough.

To be honest we have done all the chasing and running to get the sale pushed through. I think with forethought the house sold itself. No real contact from point of offer. I worked directly with buyer and seller to get the prpcess moving. It was not value for money in my opinion.
