From marketing our old home to selling it very quickly.<br>Jordan and her colleagues were amazing, keeping us up to date with every step of the process, and we were able to contact them at any time, all questions we asked were answered, nothing was too much trouble. They kept us up to date with every process of the sale.<br>I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. We could not fault them with anything. Thank you so much to the team, especially Jordan who was so kind and polite.

I've been dealing with two other estate agents recently and Michael Poole Billingham were by 'far and away' the best. Debbie was very friendly and gave us all good support and advice. She communicated with us throughout the process of the sale. I can honestly this has been the best experience I have ever had in selling a house. Michael Poole Billingham and Debbie in particular were exceptional.

13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)They are the worst house agent in Sunderland they we take your deposit and not remitted it to DP in other for them not to give you back your deposit without you damage anything in the apartment when you are leaving... I advice you use your deposit when leaving as house rent if not you will not get it back...
