28th May 2024 (2 years ago)House sold for £173k after original valuation was £215k due to market conditions. Had to contact the Office at times to try and get some action. We were forgotten about at times.

My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. Thank you to both Scott and Lindsey.

4th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Had our property valued at 115k last October, thankfully we went with another estate agent that valued (January) and sold for an extra 44k in March, that is a huge difference that allowed us to get a much better family home. How there was such a difference in market value I do not know.

Nor to suffer broken promises, or to be introduced to a buyer who definitely isn't going to be able to buy, and an agent is well aware. These things cause real damage and distress to a seller. I/we definitely don't recommend this business, it caused provable harm.
