We never felt like we needed to chase him for an update, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.<br><br>Charlie genuinely went above and beyond the remit of his role to help keep everything moving and make sure we got to completion. His communication, professionalism and willingness to help were outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Jayson Wicks also deserves a special mention for his support throughout the process and for helping everything come together.<br><br>A huge thank you to Charlie, Jayson and the team at Parker’s Chinnor. He went out of his way to help us every step of the journey, with a level of care and professionalism that is genuinely rare. We didn't have the easiest of house sale and yet they made it feel smooth and provided regular updates. They are fantastic estate agents and we would highly recommend using them.
