He was always available to answer any questions and kept us updated every step of the way. Even while he was on holiday, he still took the time to respond, which really showed his commitment and professionalism. Leon was also fantastic and always responded quickly to any emails or queries we had. The whole process of letting our property was made so much easier thanks to their knowledge, communication and support. Straffords did a fantastic job marketing the property, with brilliant photography and a Rightmove listing that really showcased it well. They helped us find a suitable tenant and guided us through the process smoothly from beginning to end. Even now, we know we can get in touch with them if we need any help or advice, which gives great peace of mind. Thank you, Luke, Leon and the team at Straffords, for all your hard work. We really appreciate everything you have done and would happily recommend you to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.

29th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!
