He was always available to answer any questions I had, kept me updated throughout, and provided so much support every step of the way. He was also incredibly proactive, always staying on top of everything and making sure the process kept moving smoothly. The conveyancers Ivor recommended were amazing as well, making the whole experience as smooth as possible. I’m so glad I had such a positive experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lafford James to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the initial valuation through to completion, everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed at every stage, any questions I had were answered promptly, and the team worked hard to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable. All staff showed professionalism, dedication, and constant support and were outstanding, and I always felt confident knowing they were handling everything. They genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome and kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
